Regarding oral anticoagulant, which one u would have recommended novel and vit K antagonist. How we can know if the recanilazation is successful or its partially occluded in cases of large vascular occlusion( LVO) prior to CT scan reperfussion scan inorder to have BP targets and avoiding aggressive BP Control?
Sir , even as a working doctor in a tertiary care centre we don't have thrombolysis for stroke , then in ER if bleed excluded in NCCT can we administer 300 mg loading aspirin & clopidogrel ?
