Hi Dr Waqas Fazal sir my father had suffered Full headache n bought him to ESIC they diagnosed n said he is suffering from hypertension n CT brain suggested found intraparenchymal hemorrhage seen in right capsulo ganglionic region with intraventricular extension into right lateral ventricle
one question Sir.. In the acute stabilization u told that we keep patient in short term hypocapnic state to achieve cerebral vasoconstriction to reduce further worsening of the hemorrhage but on the other hand u also told that we put patient on nimodipine prophylactically to avoid vasoconstriction and subsequent ischemia?

Sir my father is faced right basal ganglia bleed with hemorage nine months ago and happened surgery to evacuate the hematoma but recovering process is verry slow his left side fully paralysed till now... physiotherapy ongoing..He can back in normal life ever ?
Sir , before NCCT we don't lower down the blood pressure .In emergency only ABC maintain .If heart rate is 180 with bp 230/130than before giving any medication first we do the NCCt head plz reply

My hat sahise nahi clean kiya tha saliva dhone k bad khana kha liya tha?? What i next to do plz answer me.

Some time you say vasoconstriction is required but sometime u say use ccb to avoid vasoconstriction
