hey Whit! I love you and have been watching for years but I SUCK at flat twists. Do you have any tips other than to keep practicing? lol! Any videos or RUclipsrs you can recommend?
The best tip, other than keep practicing, she said right in the video. Patience! You have to grab small sections at a time and not rush through it. I learned this through practice with both flat twists and cornrows. Also, if you have extra kinky 4C Shea Moisture's Curl Enhancing Smoothie along with a conscious effort to smooth your hair as you twist really helps get better, cleaner results. Hope this helps. ;)

I am SO glad i watched this video!!! I have a super dry & itchy scalp and I tried all these products blindly for it and nothing helped. I went to this website and ordered the African black soap shampoo, conditioner, and hair masque like the website suggested and felt a WORLD of difference!! Normally when i am deep conditioning my scalp is still super itchy but it did NOT itch AT ALL!! AND normally after i wash and blowdry my hair i still get dandruff and that was not the case this time. Your videos are a LIFESAVER!!!

I've been doing as my go to protective style for about two years now except I use perm rods instead of Bantu knots. I mainly do it for work, date night, etc. because it cute, easy & fun
Let me tell you ladies that after I tried the High Porosity SM "MASQUE" with an electric heat cap for 1 hr. and while rinsing it out my (5 yr natural, 4c-b, partially gray) hair felt like I put a perm in it! It was the most amazing feeling I have EVER felt on my hair!
This new High Porosity SM brand is the best and definitely worth trying!

One thing I love about your channel is the consistent quality of your videos. Some people are allergic to certain ingredients and need the same results from similar products, thus different products doing the same thing. Also, because each and everyone has different hair types some products may work for some and not for others. God Bless each of you on your hair care journey.

I'd do a porosity test before choosing High or Low Porosity hair products, because it may really damage your hair. I was really struggling with my hair after like 4 years of being natural. I did a porosity hair test and my hair is like a new head of hair!! I'm low porosity, and using the correct products and treating my hair with that in mind has made a HUGE difference.

I needed this! I wash my hair every other day in the winter and I love how easy this is to do. I usually don't style my hair but this is my new go to do when I feel the need to be fancy but still lazy, and I don't need to let my hair completely dry. Sold.
