He touched my friend on the shoulder because he had a free tibet tattoo..if he went back to visit he would be able to see the same healers as him. pretty awesome if you ask me! He spent several years in Asia visiting various monasteries. He went to one in Korea too and said it was the most beautiful experience he ever had to meditate and eat/talk with different monks for almost a decade of his life. He touched my friend on the shoulder because he had a free tibet tattoo..if he went back to visit he would be able to see the same healers as him. pretty awesome if you ask me! He spent several years in Asia visiting various monasteries. He went to one in Korea too and said it was the most beautiful experience he ever had to meditate and eat/talk with different monks for almost a decade of his life. He has had SO much tragedy in his life yet is 500% positivity regardless of his mood, inspiring.

I see no reason to (meaning in) exist if the existence is not filled with absolute contentment. I would rather choose non-existence, rather than imperfect existence. I hope to achieve one of these two things. If I will achieve one of those two things, it would be surely nice to pass on the secret of such ultimate solution to suffering to other beings.
I am happy if I can prevent animal from suffering needlessly (only for our lust for the taste of meat, for example), but I would be much happier if I could make it absolutely happy forever, regardless of any outer circumstances (such as getting their throat slit at a slaughterhouse).
I cannot understand why so many people are so obsessed with chasing temporary imperfect happiness in form of relationships and property, neither of which usually provides perfect happiness at all times, and both of which are left behind when you die.
This inspired me to give away my "electric mosquito bat". No more killing insects from my side.

It is a playful phrase, NOT used literally, and it means that I have given sweets/candy and hugs and have nothing left to give you, all I have left is my tongue (used to speak my affection for you), so if you want that then eat it. His Holiness often misspeaks phrases in English and corrects himself - my own teacher has been teaching westerners for over 30 years but still has a translator on hand to check with.
The other thing to note about this incident is the timing of the press on it - one month after it happened - and it's coincidence with the enthronement in Mongolia of a senior Lama by His Holiness. The Chinese government were behind this story as they wish to control Tibetan Buddhism and resent the Tibetan diaspora led by His Holiness 'interfering' in religious matters either within their borders or in neighbouring countries like Mongolia. Lots of people have fallen for this, just what the Chinese wanted.
