when i go to advanced options there’s no startup settings, i only have the option to change startup settings if i wait after the blue screen for it to load into the recovery screen, and even then there’s no option to restart in the startup settings

Whenever I do a forced restart it doesn’t work. I had a problem when I couldn’t login and went to the command prompt and did chkdsk /f /r c: ran that and now it just has me in a loop automatic Repair dignose and then repairing disk error then I get the blue screen
