Alice may not be spy but is obviously connected to POGO who are noted for conducting illegal activities in the Philippines. And who know how far and wide their businesses and connections are. One best thing to inquire is, are they paying taxes to the Philippines??
The Alice Guo case is but a tip of the iceberg. This shows how true blue Chinese get to become citizens of our country
But Guo becoming a mayor and setting up and protecting Chinese criminals under the shroud of POGO, we have to ask if China has engineered the whole thing

You said "nakakasurvive" that's different than having a decent livelihood. Nakakasurvive may simply means you can afford to eat 3 times a day versus you can also afford to send your kids to private schools and buy stuffs. She is not Filipino. She approved multiple P0G0 operations in her area, which, she is a "former" owner of the company managing it. Malaysia and Vietnam gave the tip about her because she is heavily connected to an international money laundering syndicate, which explains the gambling businesses she approved. She has luxury cars, a helicopter, millions of dollars worth of stuff he wears and carries from head to toe. She's not even hiding it, but still claims she is a "simple" person who grew up in a farm. But looks like it's a scam, drug and gambling farm she is talking about.
Worse part? Before she was mayor, it's said she has referrals connected to the President's sister. The PH President's sister is currently riding the hate against his brother's leadership. Giving little hints, time to time criticizing her brother.

The sole authority to issue a license to operate a pogo facility is from PAGCOR.
The LGU where pogo facility was built is just issue a mayor's permit after the said pogo company complied with the necessary requirement.
The alleged owning of luxurious cars & helicopter was not proven during initial senate investigation.
In fact, senate hontiveros who accused her of owning McLaren car could not produce documents (OR/CR).
Hontiveros clearly shows during her investigation that she has no complete knowledge of the owners car identity.

Isang National Security Measure at Guidelines para sa Pag-a-assess ng Impluwensya ng mga Tsino sa Bansang Pilipinas
1. Pagsasagawa ng Comprehensive Assessment: Ang gobyerno ay dapat maglaan ng pondo at resources upang magsagawa ng komprehensibong assessment sa kasalukuyang saklaw ng impluwensya ng mga Tsino sa bansa. Ang assessment na ito ay dapat mag-focus sa mga sektor ng ekonomiya, politika, at iba pang aspeto ng lipunan kung saan maaaring makita ang impluwensya ng mga Tsino.
2. Pagsasagawa ng Regular Monitoring: Upang mapanatili ang kasalukuyang kaalaman sa impluwensya ng mga Tsino, mahalaga na magkaroon ng regular na monitoring mechanism. Dapat magkaroon ng mga ahensya o komite na responsable sa pagmamanman at pag-a-analyze ng mga galaw ng mga Tsino sa bansa.
3. Pagtukoy sa Posibleng Banta sa Seguridad: Ang assessment ay dapat magtukoy ng mga posibleng banta sa seguridad ng bansa na dulot ng impluwensya ng mga Tsino. Ito ay maaaring maging sa larangan ng cybersecurity, territorial disputes, o anumang aspeto ng seguridad na maaring maapektuhan ng mga Tsino.
4. Pagsasagawa ng Risk Analysis: Matapos ang assessment, mahalaga na gawin ang risk analysis upang matukoy ang mga posibleng epekto ng impluwensya ng mga Tsino sa seguridad ng bansa. Dapat pagtuunan ng pansin ang mga potensyal na vulnerabilities at kung paano ito maaaring ma-address.
5. Pagbuo ng Protocols at Countermeasures: Batay sa mga natukoy na banta at risk, mahalaga na magbuo ng mga protocols at countermeasures upang maprotektahan ang seguridad ng bansa laban sa posibleng impluwensya ng mga Tsino. Dapat itong isama sa National Security Strategy ng bansa.
6. Pagsasagawa ng Public Awareness Campaign: Upang mas mapalakas ang suporta ng publiko sa mga hakbang na isasagawa laban sa impluwensya ng mga Tsino, mahalaga na magkaroon ng public awareness campaign. Dapat ipaliwanag sa mamamayan ang mga potensyal na banta at ang kahalagahan ng pagtutok sa seguridad ng bansa.
7. Pagsasagawa ng Regular Review: Ang mga guidelines at measure na ito ay dapat ma-review at i-update sa regular na basis upang masiguro na ang bansa ay laging handa at protektado laban sa posibleng banta mula sa impluwensya ng mga Tsino.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga nasabing National Security Measure at Guidelines, inaasahan na mas mapalakas ang kakayahan ng bansa na maprotektahan ang sarili laban sa posibleng banta mula sa impluwensya ng mga Tsino sa ekonomiya at politika.

This is travesty of justice inquiry & fishing, trolling expeditions of Sen. Risa & Sen. Sherwin against Mayor Alice Guo questioning her personal & private life not pertinent to the resolution of SB977. What is SB977? It’s a bill for inquiry to come up a resolution of Human trafficking, illegal detentions, physical abuse and torture of POGO operators. Alice Guo name wasn’t even mentioned in that bill. They should call & questions PAOCC, PADCOR that raided the establishments. The Senate should create a separate bill, if they want to questions the Mayor.
