Tshits at Walmart are pretty much at the opposite end of the spectrum as this-- both from an environmental and labor perspective. For those of us sick and tired of having children workers exploited and the climate getting wrecked for generations to come, all for a $4 Walmart tshirt, spending a little more on a tshirt that will last 5x-10x longer and can be upcycled when done is money much more efficiently spent.
Commendable, but expensive. T-shirts at Walmart are $4. Hope this style of production trickles down to the rest of us eventually.
