A shrub or fence that is the same height or higher will make you look even shorter. Monochrome and low contrast and high rise is especially important especially your pants should be darker than your shirt it brings visual attention upwards .
High rise trousers are making a comeback! There’s a reason why that’s all they wore back in the day, the knew how to dress to compliment body types. I’m all for starting that movement! 👍🏼

Thx for advices with pants. I notice slight or no break even in jeans work superb.But i dont use flashy socks with no break. Because i notice if socks are flashy colours , from back and side they made look leg shorter. Socks wit same colour as pants and shoes help for nice flow from hem to upper shoe.

I live near six flags & work in buckhead I CANT FIND TAILOR!!! Every time I see a dry cleaner that’s says “alterations” I go inside & there’s a rushed Korean lady telling me “we don’t do anymore” Where in Atlanta area can I have a few shirts/pants tailored??? **I WORK in buckhead … i don’t have buckhead Money** Lastly …. theres a guy I met at the casino & we’re talking about clothes (I know sounds gay) but dude gave me some killer advice after I confessed theres so many killer t-shirts I find & don’t buy Becuase they don’t fit doucheBag style in the arms He hit me with “Look buy all those loose fitting shirts & take them to tailor shop ,give them an example shirt & tell them to copy the cut 🤯 I thought this was a killer idea ….. but now the 4/5shops I stopped at DONT ALTER (I guess theres more money in slam bam thank ya ma’am cleaning) 🤷

It was a style for a very long time.
Maybe they have so much invested in that cut now, they don't want to change. Even now, 2023, low rise pants are 95+% of the store stock.

For some reason, i think wearing long pants with a bit of break sitting over the shoe elongates the legs ...
If you tuck your shirt and go with a higher waisted trouser this could definitely work as well!
