How it is in US exactly I don’t know but here in The Netherlands entering an empty/abandoned house has (had) some grey areas, some things changed a few years ago more so targeted on squatters but urban exploring (cuz that’s what you’re basically doing) touches on many of the same rules/laws. Can even be used real petty by arguing you took possession of whatever was moved no matter how brief, that you either stole it or by doing so you technically ‘broke’ in. Not only did he do it in broad daylight but he filmed the whole thing and he gave his real name so that people could subscribe to his RUclips channel. I think the ‘trespassing’ part was apart of a skit. Dude’s homie asked ‘are you still going to go in there with the music playing.’ When they went in, no music was playing at all. Either they turned around for a 4th attempt, cut the music off in which we watched homies walk in the mansion, OR the thrill of trespassing was just good PR for the video
