Thanks so much for making this video and format available! How do I edit parts of it that I don’t need out? For example the 8th grade section and the extra courses taken?
You should be able to delete the Additional Courses Taken, and it will have no impact on the rest of the page. Regarding the 8th grade section, I would recommend you use that for 9th grade and the 9th grade for 10th grade, etc. That would leave the bottom left section (12th grade) blank to put any other information in it. However, deleting the 12th grade section would likely mess up the cumulative GPA cell. If it does, you are welcome to email your file to me, and I will fix it. If you want to do that, please reply to this comment. Thanks!
Thank you for replying back! The transcript format you’ve put together is so helpful and professional looking. I’m so thankful you’ve made it available to us other homeschooling parents for free. And for making the video. Big thanks!!! Removing the Additional Courses Taken and the extra School Year box leaves the transcript looking unbalanced. I would be so thankful if you were able to help me out with this. I’ve been watching videos to try and figure this out on my own😅
Hi Sally, this is the Mac Numbers version. I am working on the Excel version; the formulas are significantly different. Right now I have a few people testing it. I'll let you know when it's complete!
@@lauraicardi Hi Laura, you will need to click into the Microsoft Excel tutorial (linked above). The Dropbox link to the Excel file is in the description of the Excel tutorial.
Here is a link to download the transcript spreadsheet mentioned in this tutorial: www.dropbox.com/s/ifl1z02888v8yu4/transcript_tutorial_072519.numbers?dl=0
