We had the fan replaced in ours shortly after it was installed. The rattle is no longer there during use but the fan is still sort of loud. Other than that, no other noise. When we first noticed the fan noise we went to the store where we purchased the unit and ask the salesperson to let us compare with the show room model. You may want to do that.
The fan was the issue. Opening it, the fan stops. It was a bad fan and after making this video for the service department, they replaced the fan. Different technician.
Can anyone tell me how to turn off the demo mode on, after Saturday's thunderstorm when power came back, wall oven is keep showing Demo Mode On, plz help
To Exit Demo Mode: Select Try the Product. Scroll and select Explore. Select the Tools. keypad. Scroll and select INFO. Select Store Demo Mode and select OFF. Select YES on the confirmation screen.

Yes, until you open the door. Then it should stop.

A technician replaced the fan and all is good. Why open? The fan will stop.
