This is an impossible scenario. Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and other "Stan" Countries for the most part have Good relations with Russia, China in NATO is generally nonsense, India is also very unlikely because of the same good relations with Russia. Full-fledged expansion into Asia is simply impossible for NATO, most of the Central Asian countries treat Russia well or neutrally and clearly will not anger their nuclear neighbor.

Dude they're are smaller economies in NATO than The Philippines and the a bigger military isn't really anything given other NATO Countries are more or less demilitarization even with the US constantly telling them to stop slacking off in military spending.

That would only bring China & Russia closer together than they already are. It would basically force an military alliance between China , Russia , North Korea , & Iran. Who knows India might also join as they’d also likely view that as an attempt at securing the Indian sea(I.e if the Philippians & Indonesia joins).
Rather than attempting to co-exist & build stronger economic ties with China you’d be essentially alienating them.
Also NATO was created to counter the Soviet Union, as such it should have been dissolved with its collapse.

For Japan, South Korea and Stan's countries personally i think that it could be a good thing that could happen and in the case of the Stan's countries that can help to unite them together if NATO wanted that to happen one day and except from the dictatures of some of the Stan's countries (Hello Turkmenistan!) The problem here is about Afghanistan and Pakistan because Afghanistan is controlled by the Talibans and Pakistan is in conflict with India so if the other Stan countries joined NATO with NATO troops they could easily help Afghanistan to get rid of the Talibans and make Afghanistan more a peaceful country to also join NATO in this scenario and in this scenario they could engage some negotiations with Pakistan about kashmir region and about their conflict with India, of course that will not mean that if this conflict is over Pakistan will want to join NATO or unite with the other Stan's countries in this scenario but still it's better to try this way than create useless conflicts in this part of the world of course i'm not an expert in that domain but that's what i wanted to say what could maybe or possibly happen if the Stan's countries join NATO
