Were you staring more directly at stream lighting than usual? Super common with tv/interviews and junk, the lighting for recording when you're staring right into the camera will cause you to blink a lot.
I can almost always win lane but I have an issue with positioning later in the game and struggle after laning phase is over, but I'll figure it out eventually
@@hunterlegg8139 Was just watching Baussffs's video about his offline chall account and he was saying that this was common. He would get solo killed even in low elo like gold/plat quite a bit but still won most of his games just bc he knows how to macro
@@dnatortnator yeah that makes sense it’s a combination of me not knowing how to macro and my team not wanting to fight as a team😍 like if they just came and fought we’d win the fight. Cause I Main xerath I rely on my team

This video is fantastic. Very informative. Even though you are schooling a bronze player, more game breakdowns would be awesome. I would watch more of this.
Same. When I played I thought I was doing my best to harass on CS and knew what I was doing with the wave and tbh I probably was more like this guy and just didn't see all the openings. T_T (high silver / low gold)
Pekin would legitimately be a great coach, brutually honest, asks questions to test your knowledge, really interesting to see this kind of attitude from him
"You're not allowed to have an ego, you're bronze." Ha! Good thing I'm Iron! Edit: wow, I was going to compliment the guy for at least listening, but no, he went with the "well you did pick a bad game". Damn lol.
I loved watching this happen, and i enjoyed watching it happen a second time. i also lowkey loved the ending (starting at 20:20). this dude had just gotten 20 minutes of free coaching from a challenger (who doesnt even do coaching to begin with), and yeah it was a bit of a gordon ramsay moment but holy shit that was the perfect way to teach him how to give respect.
Reminds me of an anklespankin vid 5 years ago where he was coached by a challenger friend, I was MINDBLOWN by all the tiny things a challenger thinks about in lane. I could never, although it did help me a bit.
@@NixViche I think you could've worded it a bit better. They don't need to think TOO hard about it because they already know what to do since it's second nature, but they do think. The big difference is that challenger players simply think logically and act accordingly while bronze players don't. (Heck, I think some of them don't even think at all.) Peko and many others wouldn't be up there if that was the case :P
I'm almost 3 years sub...almost since you started... Those videos from your streams are by far best my opinion, don t know or care about numbers. And videos like this where you coaching take it to a new level. Good job, keep going. Greetings from Greece.
I don't think I need to do the counting days on my own to get Pekin to do more of this kind of video, right guys? Bringing people back to the reality in one of Pekin's gifts to the world :)
I wished you did more things like that, very educational and entertaining! Especially if you would devote your time to somebody who actually wants to learn, imagine the results!
Pekin this is amazing content, I'd love to see more videos where you review VODs (viewers of various ranks, yourself, other high ELO players). If they can be done interactively to also hear what supposedly went through the player's mind (like this video) it's even better. It's both entertaining and educational. This video helped me realize there are so many things I do wrong, but if I were to simply ask myself more questions I'd see what to do instead. For e.g. Instead of instinctively deciding to push/freeze first wave, just ask myself what (and why) I want to achieve, and compare it to what I'll be getting from doing whatever I originally planned to do.
Would love to see more content like that! Would also love to see that especially on mid and in like e.g. diamond. One can learn so much from your videos thanks a lot :)
This is very funny but also informing, I hope he learned from this but also not to blame his team for his own mistakes and or short comings. Keep it up Pekin love your content on both channels
i don't play as jungle often but when I do it always blow my mind that top laners don't set up for my gank at ALL, like i was ganking an allied sett the other day and my man didn't E the guy, had R up and didn't use it, nothing. this gave me an insight on what are going inside their minds
Sometimes people decide they don't want to fight and they don't ping it and junglers force it since they wasted the time and it's the right play to fight, I just wish people communicate better and stop focusing on the right play if a teammate refuse it XD
@@xgrey777 "play for bot wins games" not because of dragons or getting adc fed, but because support always follows and makes a play happen while top complete ignores you or didn't want a gank for god knows why
I absolutely love this content. Had me rolling but kept my attention with how informative you are and peeking into every little thing you do in lane completely on instinct.
Name me a time when even a plat or gold player got stuck in Bronze for an entire season and I will start accepting the excuse, "Its my team's fault." More people need to make these videos.
As someone who has worked up from bronze in several games (OW, rocket league, league, CS:GO, HOTS, etc.). No one is in a rank because they don't deserve to be there. If you had the skills to be higher, you'd climb eventually. I always have to put in work studying to get to silver, gold etc. Most games due to my own aptitude I cap out at diamond, but I put in 4 years in OW to make it to GM. I also do quite a bit of smurfing and even in the small gaps, for example gold to plat, with experience, you can even tell the aptitude of other players. I think because of this, i enjoy videos like this, as well as the Off-Meta climb pekin did. You make great content dude c:
hey pekin, thank you for this video. had a pretty shit time at work today and plans with friends got cancelled so my mental's been pretty off but this shit genuinely made me laugh. keep up the content
Some days it feels like nothing can make me smile and mean it. And then you roast an egotist, and I laugh so hard I choke on pure air and need to play it back to process the legitimately solid advice you gave.
"See what he's doing? He's pressing the abilities on his keyboard. Those deal damage; we want to be doing that too." My freaking sides. I need more of this, oh my God.
Funny to watch and I also learned a lot. You definitely laid into this guy. This could be an interesting new style of content if you are interested in evaluating rando’s early games. I know you prefaced this video with the fact that this guy was being a butt about his bronze teammates (and I witnessed his port mindset firsthand) but this is probably the meanest I’ve seen you on RUclips (not as mean as many other content creators; just out of your content). I really like your content because you’re very positive and have a good mindset about the game and think if you would continue this style of content I hope you could bring that mindset here as well.
Why is Pekin Woof blinking so much during the intro? I don't know why I was. I don't know.
