      The professor has been my favorite PokeTuber since I discovered him. I love the explanations of some moves. Also, I see he is a good player. And he isn't putting Bibarrel into every deck - which LDF is doing (my third fav).

    So to answer your question at 27:37 the Pokemon TCG doesn't have a client that provides it in house, unless they add an ability to play with friends again.
    Either you have to play with Tabletop Simulator, or you have to play with people. There really isnt an in between.
    If you're wanting to get into retro play. For good competitive decks for basically standard cheap. Sun and Moon to Lost Thunder is my favorite retro format. It keeps the Tag Team power creep out of there. Keeps the fun of the Sun and Moon era.
    Beyond that. RS-PK, 04, 06, 10, 14, and 2016 are all good worlds formats.

      @@professorgnomenot sure what to cut either but instead of doing bidoof/Bibarel, I'd consider varoom/revavroom with rumbling engine ability. So in game 2, there were two turns where you could have put damage off of munkidori and on to their scream tail. It was only 10 damage but it would have prevented them from getting that extra bit of damage off because they would knock themselves out. Otherwise. Was there a reason you didn't put damage on them or was it just forgetting?

    What would your "Professor" card be? Like "Professor Turo's Scenario," "Professor Sada's Vitality," etc. What is the "Professor Gnome's 'something'" card called, and what does it do? 🙂

    • @professorgnome
      @professorgnome  2 месяца назад +1

      Thats a really interesting idea im not sure I would have to think about it more but the first thought that comes to mind is "Professor Gnome's Laboratory" - Pick a Pokemon, Trainer, or Energy card. Then reveal the top card of your deck. If you called the card correctly draw 3 cards then pick again. You can repeat this affect 2 times drawing one less card each time."

    • @professorgnome
      @professorgnome  2 месяца назад +1

      You could but I like the radiant since it lets you heal your whole board to offset some of the damage that gets spread around. Since even with 2 monkey its still getting to much damage built up over a few turns.
