IPO me 2 tarha k shares bikne aate hai. ek hota hai fresh issue aur dusra hota hai OFS.
Fresh issue me company new shares issue karte hai.
wahi jab kisi IPO me promoters apne khud k shares bechte hai, to usse OFS kaha jata hai. OFS means offer for sale. OFS unn investors ko exit karne ka mauka deta hai, jinhone kafi pehle se company me investment kar k rakha hai.
generally jadatar IPO me fresh issue aur OFS dono hota hai.
OFS bura nahi hai. but aapko ye dekhna chahiye ki agar OFS ho raha hai to post IPO promoter holding bahut kam na ho raha ho.

all adani group companies are running wild. jab koi stock momentum me rehta hai, tab uske liye koi bhi price bahut high nahi hota. last one year me almost 8X ho chuka hai aur ab bhi daily new high bana raha hai. jab tak upar ja raha hai, tab tak hold kijiye. fundamentally kafi overvalued hai.
