Great insights! But I would rather buy the shares in deliver and do day trading without the need to square off. My idea is to start small (without leverage) but safe.
One doubt as explained if one has not put the stop loss & the stock dropped to 500/- from 1000/- then the actual loss in the trade would be 2500/-, but as I started with 1000/- capital only, who is going to pay 1500/- extra loss amount? Is the broker paying it?

Suppose you have a capital of Rs. 100 and you want to buy Xyz stock whose current price is Rs. 100. If you place an order to buy 1 stock, you are not using any leverage and instead you decide to buy 5 of them, you are taking leverage. You can buy between 1 to 5 quantities as far as intraday is concerned.
@@VerbVault if u put 1000rs with 5x leverage and the value goes down to 700rs then the loss will be 300x5 that is 1500 how does that work we only invested 1000 so where will be the other 500rs coming from...

Hey Sharique, I was checking out the video, and at 26:23, you mentioned we made a 150/- profit. Just wanted to clarify that initially, we incurred a 50/- loss when we invested 1000/-. So, our actual profit would be 100/- right ??
We wont invest anymoney we just sell the stocks for 990 rupees first though we don't have those stocks we sell them and by the end of the day u need to buy 5 stocks . So you bought stocks later at 960 and u sold initially at 990 making 30 rupees profit
