As a samgladiator and vineville films actor, its fun to record and fun to see the story progress :D, Im a roleplay enjoyer and a maker as well as an actor, yandere roleplays are pretty fun to record at least on my end. Love seeing that people want other types of roleplays and it'll stay in my mind for the future!
Definitely agree with yandere being fun to record! Just talking about the way narratives are a bit generic with a variety of mctvs. BUT that doesn't mean it isn't fun! To the actors it definitely will be a fun time no matter what!
As former animator and unique story enjoyer I agree with you. I have been looking a new Roleplay/MCTV to watch after one I watched ended and I feel the same. There is no unigueness anymore but like you said if we want unigue content. We have to go to the shadows, take risks. For me. I always wanted to tell a story but never had the proper resources or motivation to do so but I believe in you creators with the proper resources. Test youself. Make something you are passionate it about and something you. You want to make. You're own story
I agree, trying to search YT for MCTVs that aren't romance/high school or 8 years old is hard to do. It actually speaks to a much larger problem, the many shortcomings of the YT algorithm. And this is where I shamelessly plug my new adult themed MCTV series. First episode out today. Imagine if the writers for House, Family Guy, 90s Days of our Lives, DBZ and Gilmore Girls all teamed up to write a show that took place within a Minecraft world. That's what I'm offering you.

Amazing video I completely agree at first I just wanted to do yandere bc I grew up on it but then I made a completely new story and was proud but now i just move to finish the story and I realized how it affected my channel and I lost my motivation and I am now just working on my own things
Same goes for me. I started my yandere series due to nostalgia for sams series! Soon I came to realize that I needed to do my own thing and start doing other things other than yandere
As a coowner of VineVille Films, i can agree that alot of yan series (ours included) are a tad generic, but he sad truth is, that yandere videos are just the only sure-fire way to start a roleplay channel.
But just because a series is a 'yandere' story, doesn't mean it needs to be cookie cutter romance. There are so many different stories that can be explored in the topic, something I personally want to do with my series, and i hope other roleplay creators will do the same!

Hello!!! I really hope your day is going good!! Yes, I used to do yandere and such! But soon I came to realize that yandere high is pretty bland now a days. Which almost each mctv being the same troupe. And yeah I did do yandere! I'm not denying that lmao. But I grew out of that a while ago. Also me doing fnaf and lethal company aren't cash grabs. Those are things I enjoy! Also I'm not trying to hate on creators for doing yandere. Truly anyone can do yandere. The message was that yandere and romance is what pretty much roams the mctv community. And it was to start going to different genres! And for my youtuber banner. I just haven't changed it lmao.
