Thank you Mr Han Schut, I enjoyed your video and found it very useful both in terms of tactical and position of chess peices. I greet you from Somalia, keep going.
Dear Master Han, excellent video!! It has been very instructive as you have explained the analysis process. Where can I find more exercises of this type to practice the method and then compare the solution with my own analyses? I think it's a good way to progress. Thanks!!
Dear Gustavo, Thanks for watching and your positive feedback. I appreciate it. In the Steps Manuals and Workbooks there are many more positions to practice your analysis. My videos are unique in separating the process (orientation - calculation - verification) with this level of detail.
I really like your detailed analysis however as a beginner somewhere in between i lost the track.. Could you please show the line with taking pieces or with arrows on the board so that we can follow properly.. Thank you for your hard work 🙏🏼
Thank you for the comment. Part of the second step, calculation, is to learn to visualize correctly. It was a deliberate choice not to show moves and arrows to mimic the over the board experience. What is your over the board rating? Trying to better understand the capabilities of people at a certain rating level and how I should adjust my videos. Thanks again.
I wasn't able to calculate it all out... but what about Nxc6 after h3? For example: h3-bh4-Nxc6-Qxb2-Ne7+-Kf8-Rxc8-Qxf2+-Kh1? It's an absolute mess for sure... and black is probably better? But very messy
I really appreciate you analyzing this game yourself without an engine! 🙏 I think that in your line after Kh1 the following is winning for Black Nxg3+ Kh2 Rxc8 Nxc8 Bc7.
Very grateful for your time and knowledge
Great example of what kind of process is needed to reach 1900 😊
Great explanation. Thank you.
