Actually lots of foreigners don't like to eat Chinese chicken because there are lots of bones inside. their tongue didn't get trained to deal with the bone. they prefer to eat the chicken in KCF. but Chinese people think the meat with bone is more delicious than the pure meat, that's the big difference.
They are v silly because they don't have a problem with rotisserie chicken with bones or KFC but somehow complain a lot about bones when eating Chinese chicken dish.😏

Hi Mark. I note something similar here from your visit to Mauritius. Do you remember when you went to that house to see the young man cooking his biryani? He fried the potatoes first before adding it to the pot then the rice and water. Somehow, I believe the frying is to ensure that the potatoes keep their shape when placed in water to boil. Cool stuff

In China, they are called "农家乐", which means country restaurants or hotels (mostly providing accommodation services), which provide services to people coming from the city. Although they are not professional chefs, but you can taste local specialties here. You can also hang out nearby and experience the natural scenery. Basically, this is a place for people in the city to relax and have fun. You don’t have to drive too far. You only need to go out of the city to the countryside. It is a very short trip and is suitable for tourists. Spend the weekend.

Hi Mark. I note something similar here from your visit to Mauritius. Do you remember when you went to that house to see the young man cooking his biryani? He fried the potatoes first before adding it to the pot then the rice and water. Somehow, I believe the frying is to ensure that the potatoes keep their shape when placed in water to boil. Cool stuff

But from what I can see, this village is already very close to Hanzhong another famous city in Shanxi Province. The first emperor of Han Dynasty - Liubang originated from the place about two thousand years ago. It has some local special food as well. I visited there once and loved it. It will worth the visit.

In China, they are called "农家乐", which means country restaurants or hotels (mostly providing accommodation services), which provide services to people coming from the city. Although they are not professional chefs, but you can taste local specialties here. You can also hang out nearby and experience the natural scenery. Basically, this is a place for people in the city to relax and have fun. You don’t have to drive too far. You only need to go out of the city to the countryside. It is a very short trip and is suitable for tourists. Spend the weekend.
The aunties casual chatting while cooking is so real 😂 you just know they are gossiping about whatever is going on in the village
