As a big Thor fan, this was my first omni (along with the JMS Thor Omni). To this day, still one of my favorite omnis ever! Had the first printing tho so the cover underneath the dust jacket was just the plain old black faux leather omni design so I'm kinda jealous of you guys who have the newer printing. 😂 Also, just subscribed! Great video. Beta Ray Bill is probably my favorite character of all time. I love Walt Simonson's art as well. That said, I'm in the camp of those that hate the recoloring. I greatly prefer the flat colors over the awkward digital effects look.
As a Thor fan, I'm glad you discovered the Thor Omnibus but in case you didn't know, that copy in your hand is the second print. The first print has Beta Ray Bill on the cover. Just wanted to point that out.

I'm ashamed to say that I haven't read it yet. Definitely on the short-list of books on my reading list.
Damned shame they biffed the first two "Thor" movies, when they had this perfect source material handy.
