Sabrina Bryan Workout Challenge

Sabrina Bryan, former Cheetah Girl and Dancing with the Stars contestant, teamed with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation to launch a video challenging todays young people to get active and stay fit. The video, which includes behind the scenes footage from Bryans newest BYOU DVD, was shot at an Alliance Healthy Schools Program middle school in Los Angeles in February. There Bryan worked taught local kids some new steps and tips to keep fit.
The video includes a contest challenging kids to produce and send in their own work out videos to www.empowerme2b.org. Top five finalists will receive autographed copies of Bryans BYOU DVD.
