This is why I don't talk to people about anything anymore. They hear one key word that they've been brainwashed into reacting to like toddlers and it's over. There's no more conversation, just a one-sided argument made purely of assumptions about the key word and nothing about what you actually said about it. I've never felt so alone in all my life.
If it helps, some people aren't worth pleasing. Like I'm trans and my friend's long-term boyfriend fell down anti-woke stuff until I no longer felt safe talking in that space. He stopped being safe for her and she had to flee his house
And thats why its prescribed by a dr. Its a cleaned and made different form, and different from the kind you buy in a pet store. But yeah im glad i dont know much about drugs. And im really happy you have a treatment. 😁
Yeah… that was my Mom’s “red-pill” moment. Totally woke her up to how the media is always trying to push a narrative no matter what lies and deceit they have to tell. She has mixed connective tissue disease and has been taking that stuff for almost as long. Gotta wake up the Woke and the asleep. 🤔
I was diagnosed at 25 with SLE. I’m 31 now. It took awhile to reach that diagnosis as I served in the military with no issues, and as a male, apparently SLE is rare. No medications thus far. All because the side effects seem they would be harsher than my (relatively) mild symptoms. Now at 31, it’s gotten much worse. It’s to the point where I believe medication would be a better option… unfortunately they all have a laundry list of side effects…
Non specified connective tissue disease here, and same meds are scary. Yay for eye tests every 6 months for the rest of my life? Funny got another rare disorder diagnosis and it over laps with the vision tests so I guess that's a positive.
This reminds me of the saying " some people are incurably ignorant". Perhaps they like being uneducated and ignorant. It excuses them from personal responsibility and independence .
Ignorant simply means "not knowing". Choosing not to believe what a professional doctor with a vast knowledge of medical science has to say about the physiological effects of a drug because of your politicization of a public health issue is better termed as "just plain stupid".
The crazy part is he wasn't bashing the drug as a treatment for covid at the time, from what I rekember at least. He was showcasing someone taking aquarium cleaner, like the other crazy stuff people ingest on that channel. So...I don't even know who was going crazy about his response lol, could have been the left or the right.
Well it is a man made coronavirus which also belongs to the class of virus that causes the common cold. To this date in human history there is no cure for the common cold. Actually more people (usually elderly sick patients and infants with underdeveloped immune systems that get better as they age) die more each year than any other medical condition. So the hydroxychloroquine can probably only serve as preventative at best and even then it is doubtful to work at all to prevent a coronavirus. In Africa they give it to people who develop Malara, which itself is a scary and deadly disease. It has efficacy for treating malaria. But again, malaria is not a coronavirus like COVID 19 or the much more common (no pun intended) common cold.
Lol knowledge isn’t dangerous, idiots are. regardless of wether they have access to nuclear power or sticks and stones they will find a way to do something stupid that gets someone hurt 😂

I love the comments below and just wanted to add my support to Chubbyemu ❤. I’m in the UK and I’ve taken hydroxychloroquine, which is a weaker derivative of quinine. I was prescribed it for rheumatoid arthritis, which is a common use for the drug. As well as regular blood tests I had to have my vision checked regularly, although problems with vision are more likely with chloroquine. Nevertheless it can cause toxicity and if I had missed any blood checks, I wouldn’t have had the script continued. I stopped taking it because it caused a nasty, but not life threatening allergic reaction with water! Every time I had a shower I would suffer this intense itching all over, not a pleasant itch that’s nice to scratch, more as if I was being pierced with white hot needles full of itching powder. For half an hour I didn’t know what to do with myself, chewing cetirizine and covering myself with steroid and then menthol cream. I found out that the full packet insert (as opposed to the patient information leaflet) did list pruritis as a side effect. The drug takes weeks to get into your system and weeks to leave it. I’ve still been left with a slight tendency to feel a bit itchy after a shower. BTW I rigorously ruled everything else out, like washing powder, deodorant, shampoo, shower gel, even chlorine. So yes - the drug is toxic and I can vouch for it.
