as a 43 yr old hobbyist brown belt this just shows me the level difference of someone like Jflo compared to myself. Im in better shape then most on the mats but those movements are for elite athletes. music was inspiring lol

Awesome stuff Coach! Mobility and Body Awareness are so undervalued when it comes to grappling. The ability to improvise and adapt on the feet seems to really separate good grapplers from elite grapplers.
