      Do 2 or 3 pull ups every minute for 10 mins. U will instantly look like him exactly once u r done 🤙

      I understood him to say do as many clean chin ups as you can in the first minute. Without any stuggle.
      Then continue to do clean chin ups without struggling every minute for 10 minutes.
      So if you got six good chin ups in the first minute, then your goal is to get 6 chin ups in every minute.
      He is a bullshit influencer. He is trying to do an adaptation of "greasing the groove" method. That method, you do low reps every hour or two. So if I can only do 5, then I would just do 1 rep every hour or two every day for a week. That works. Your count will go up quick

    Not sure if I did get the instructions correct. So, max reps on the first set followed by another 9 sets at the same rep count? Sounds kind of imppssible

    This is my favorite exercise. If I do 50 a day for 1 month I can see a difference in my body when I start from 0.

    The difficult thing is to get an approach to the reps you need to accomplish on every minute.
    Maybe a % according to your max rep to failure on an isolated set?.

      Doesn’t matter, just pick a number. Start low. Gets real hard by final sets.

    Closer your hands are the more it focuses on the bicep so it depends on what muscles u want to train more or less 😊

      @@derrickstrain7512 The Dick's store near me has one out as a floor model. It is a multipurpose rack for bench press and squats. At the top of the frame is a very sturdy bar where you can do pullups. It looks like the one in this video. They may call it a squat rack online. Next time I go by there I will get the sku or model number and add it to this message.

    Look up active and passive hangs. I have never been stronger than when I put a chin up bar in my garage. With active hangs I work my lats, biceps and forearms.

      @reflemaanime how i understad what he is saying that you should do what ever rep you can do at once lets say 7 reps then 1minute pause and 7 reps again and that for 10 rounds in a row so 70 reps total?

    🤭I’m addicted too over hand pull-ups they harder but I just started doing these and I feel like they are easier so I do sets of 20

      I do practice other moves but not that anymore
      What do you suggest for mobility?

      @@gekoslacklines5371 the pvc lat stretch seems to have worked for me. Here's a test. Bring above ur head while in supination. Once it starts to become pronated is where your mobility ends. Stay within that range and progressively work on your mobility, increasing range of motion to the chin ups.

    345 ko khane ke baad walk till 4pm
    4 to 5 padhai
    530 to 730 club
    fir aakar leg exercise gym swimming etc cant type till 9

    fir walk till 1030
    fir maybe sleep at 11 or 12 depends on sleep
    fir same again repeat
