WOW! Rocky just needed to find the right family, and, he found them. Well done all.
What a lovely temperament and such a great family taking him on.
This makes me tear up. I have 2 newfies each 160lbs a piece and I just couldn't imagine a newf in a rescue. They are so in tune to emotions that I totally understand why rocky shut down. Best dogs on the planet.
Love it. The look on Rocky's face at the end is almost smug. Like he's saying "This is *my* boy, I look after him. These are *my* people and they love me".
I'm afraid there's no way I would get rid of one of my dogs because I was building a house. I'd live in a hovel if that meant I could keep him.
So heart touching when the young boy finally goes to pat the dog and looks back at the family and smiles. The way they smiled back with pure glee really hit a cord. Not sure if that's smart editing but it was just so nice.
Moved me... Rocky's depression is a sad reality that not all humans care to understand. Some keep dogs/pets only when convenient😔
We have a rescue pitbull that was given up 5 times they were going to lose hope in her and we got her around our lab mix and our other pitbull and she came out of her funk. She just needed to know there was a family who wanted her and loved her.

actually, alot of humans CAN understand, depression is an illness that many social creatures suffer, humans included. It's just that you don't know how many people are suffering it but the number is definitely in the millions worldwide.
@bad1dobby Some prefer the company of animals more than people, but it's still a need to have company.
@bad1dobby Not always, some people just don't like human company that much, Not everyone wants to get married and have kids, that's just what society has made you want to believe. Lots of people want it, sure, but there are others who don't. Animals are also far more loyal than humans are, too, they don't judge you or criticize your flaws, they just love you. Not many humans love each other like that.

Sounds like they could afford him and kept the other dog. Just didn't suit there new lifestyle. Selfish people selfish people. Hows poor Rocky ever going to understand that. Thank God he has a new loving 4 ever home. My heart goes out to him . What a beautiful loving boy

Whoever the family that drop him off at the shelter, it's their loss. Rocky is with a great family now that loves him.

...but because it doesn't fit with your house renovations.

@@Kirra2122 There’s lots of reasons people surrender their dogs;
- Can’t provide with the right environment (like a backyard, safe home)
- Can’t keep up with the dogs physical needs such as walks (with a dog that size at least twice a day)
- Can’t afford vet bills (checkups every 6 months gets expensive)
- Can’t afford to feed proper food
The list could go on forever. Sometimes you have to put the dogs best interests before your own when you can’t provide the right environment for them.

It's nice that you care so much for these dog's. But if you put some paintings on the walls of trees 🌳🏝🌈🌞🌟🌊 waterfalls, the sun and some star's, it would feel more like a home than an empty box really.❤❤

I think they are well loved and cared for all the dogs. But they could paint the walls with beautiful pictures of forests, beaches, cakes and many other things too make it feel more like a home than a cage really. 😇💜🧜♀️🐈🌷🌲🏝🌎🎠🌞🌈⭐🌛

I can't watch these shows as the staff use baby talk and gush to the point where I just can't stand it, altho I love dogs.
