A big tip for disabling SYS Main: do not disable it if running windows on ssd or you regularly check for windows update as SYS main helps to improve your windows and if any issue is found the sys main helps to remove the issue in next windows update but if running on hdd please disable it(sys main) as SYS main eat more disk and internet rather than cpu and also if you don't have fast internet or you are on metered network then also disabling it( SYS Main) will help
i disabled it then read your comment. Now im trying to enable it as it was (Automatic (Delayed Start)) but it says 'The delayed auto-start flag could not be set. Error 87: the parameter is incorrect. any advice? :) thanks

Yep and if your running a 95w+ GPU cause Voltage issues that spike the cpu and disk to 100 because the GPU wattage will fall and rise constantly not quiet getting the evenly distributed power needed for the GPU 👊🙂 if this is your issue simply grabbing a 450w+ PSU

THANKYOU SO MUCH DUDE!!! from 100% almost blowing up my pc to flat 5% GGS
100% CPU "System interrupts" started when I Upgraded Windows 10. It helped to reduce almost in half CPU percentage when I turned off some background apps. But then Windows found the way to load up CPU again. Using Task Manager along takes 22% of CPU, then Windows Security suddenly decided to bite off 42% of CPU. The Task manager went to 0.2% after I End up Windows Security Tasks and CPU usage to 2%. I didn't do anything else. Windows does whatever on its mind dragging performance down most of the times.
i did literally everything my cpu usage was at 20% for a good one minute and changed back to 80-100%

Wow. He is not only told us to disable SysMain - Which improves system performance over time, but also told us to literally disable searching in windows.
He also told us to disable animations to make system "more responsive than ever".
Wow. It's not like i bought a Pc to play beautiful games on it just to see goofy as f*k system without colours, animations and nothing.
I can as well play on Windows Xp at this point.
You guys don't need to disable anything under performance settings in these video.
Don't disable SysMain or Searching in Windows.
Just disable background apps and update your system.
Everything else is just a bullshit which ONLY GONNA LOOK your PC is fast.
But you can have outdated graphic drivers, outdated system, problems with your monitor refresh rate and you still can disable thing under performance settings and it's gonna be somewhat fast.
Only do that if your laptop / pc is slow as hell.
If you have pc to play games on it than don't touch that unless you wanna make your pc looking like a 10 years old trash.
This tutorial is worthless.
The only good thing about it is blocking background apps and update windows.
This video can be 10 seconds long.

If you need this tutorial to make anything better on your pc then you probably wouldn't know how to revert it back also.

1:55 and 2:28 worked like magic laptop was acting like I was trying to play games it can't play on max setting just booting up chrome or netflix with how hard the fan was working. Now its jumping between 5-10% and the fan is quiet.
You can get 0% CPU usage when your pc is turned of, quiet and cold. Isn’t that great!

hello I just want to warn you if u want to install windows 11 on 4gb it will work but it will slows down ur pc so Microsoft recommend to have at least 8gb ram to run win11 smoother

Some people will have an option in their process power management like enable or disable idle. Make sure it is enable idle or cpu usage will be at 100% at all times no matter the process usage

the best fix for this is either overclock your cpu (if its unlocked with a "K" on it or buy a new cpu

I have an ssd i disabled sys main and there has been zero down sides my pc would shoot up to 68 to 96 percent used now its steady at 25 to 33 and my over heating has been reduced so much

apparently after the free trial ends it asks for money and if u dont give em the money they just delete the drivers. not restore, DELETE. if they downgraded the drivers it would still be unacceptable but they just straight up delete em. dont risk it imo.

2:40 you actually don't have to enable them as they are already enabled. if you will enable them from this menu your system can result in blue screening when booting.

Sysmain helps to load files faster. But if you have a low end pc. I will suggest you to disable it. It takes so much usage in the background.
And no if you delete the park control. Your settings can't be active.
