    I found it easier to exhale doubly by exhaling through my mouth after inhaling nasally. I tried that after failing to double the exhale count. ALSO~ The visuals of nature are lovely and relaxing~ and are so nice accompanied by your voice~ and Love your accent! I see that you are in Australis, but your accent doesn't seem to bme to be Australian~ it sounds more British to me! I spent three years in England 1954-57 and loved every accent that I heard!

      Yes you’re correct 🤩 I’m English, but I’ve spent the last 20 years in Sydney so my accent might not be super English any more! I’m glad you enjoyed the meditation and it’s lovely to connect ❤️

      Yes, definitely! Wim Hof breathing can stimulate the vagus nerve and support relaxation. It's a little more work than laying back and listening to a meditation haha, but breathwork is excellent! Glad the meditation helped you relax!
