Hello dr, I’m ovulating on my own and I have a regular cycle of 25 days. But why my physician wants to make an artificial cycle transfer with oestrogen and progesterone only ? Which is better natural or artificial transfer?
What is the reason for needing to ovulate before transfer? Like if you think you see an lh surge but didn't actually ovulate and clinic doesn't check and goes ahead with transfer then will the implantation fail? Or are there other risks as to why they do it that way?

If we surge on at home OPK LH kit for example on a Monday, and go to the clinic on Tuesday, would the frozen embryo transfer be 7 days from Tuesday?
