I'm quickly realizing that you're among the best local auto reviewers. I like how you include comparisons vs other cars, plus your own tests backed by data and enriched with your sensible insights. Most other channels tend to be only video brochures. Kudos and keep it up bro.
Nice video! This Nissan looks pretty nice and futuristic but it just looks like a Almera but Hybrid. I like the features of the Almera which also is in the leaf but compare to its competitors like the Ford Territory, Geely Coolray, MG HS, and etc, the price is pretty decent and understandable since the fact it is a hybrid. Though I wish that they just made the speedometer full digital.
The review I've been waiting for. Thanks for delivering sir! Now if only people would start taking a good look and consider the EV/ Hybrid vehicles...good start by Nissan.
New subs here. I like the way you compare things in a manner where consumers would think real hard where they put their money in. Brand and unit comparo plus unit prices are appreciated. Keep it up sir. 👍
Yeah these EV's and hybrids sounds promising especially this nissan kicks the fuel economy is insane. Just 2 reason that may stop me for embracing this technology. The flood during rainy season and the battery cost when the car aged. Nice review though sir very detailed and informative 👌
Thank you. On average, EVs do a bit better than regular gas or diesel engines in flooding situations because as a safety requirement, batteries are designed to be sealed from water. With that said, no vehicle is flood proof and the kicks having an internal combustion engine also has the same limitations as other internal combustion engines. But you definitely don't have to worry about getting electrocuted when it rains or in normal flooding situations.
TU Jaywalker for an excellent visual..touch..and driving impressions video here, Realistic observations! I'm on the fence whether to get a new gasoline powered decently fuel efficient vehicle a hybrid hopefully next year. I think I will see who has done a review on hybrid Toyota products out there now..see how they all measure up! Regarding a gas powered subcompact SUV I like what little of what I've seen on the redesigned JAC S4 ..two models..Intelligent and the Ultimate?..varient, Can you get a hold of one and do a video analysis..including fuel economy numbers also and overall impressions? If so I think maybe will be drawn to your You Tube post on it..since very little coverage yet MAYBE DUE TO no real inventory here in the Philippines yet? LOL
Hydrogen,Ammonia engines are also being produced now. What makes you think E-Cars are the way to go?Imagine if all those billions of cars around the world plag into the grid.Where is that extra electricity going to come from?Nuclear, fossil? The best option are Hybrids that will give you a great electric range, which is what most people will be happy with.So far you have Hybrids that can give you an electric range of around 50-100 klm.Thats will cut down on emissions immensely.
@@jaywalkur how about po sa baha? planning to buy kasi pero yan yung unang concern ko if kaya ba ang malaks na ulan kasi meron instance talaga na biglang malakas ang buhos ng ulan then also sa baha dimo ma lalaman lalo na pag highway na mataas na pala tubig ng baha ok lang ba yan siya? o may limit ang water depth niya?
@@caesaremmanuelnavarro3233Generally lahat naman ng type ng kotse hindi dapat ilusong sa baha. Pero nakaseal ang battery ng mga EV at hybrid so di ka makokoryente whether malakas na ulan or mild flooding.

One of the best reviews as it details the ev battery size and compares it with whats available in the PH market.
Thank you

What is the lifespan of the battery and estimated cost of replacement?
Hi Sir? How about Stiff climb? How does it perform?
Liked and subbed! Paano kaya battery nito? ilan years warranty? magkano yung gastos kung papalitan?
Honest review…
Hi sir. Most important thing that I must know is the lifespan of its battery. Because im planning to get VL soon. Thank you po.

Hello Sir, does Kicks have PMS too?
Yes it does. It has a gasoline engine which requires maintenance
Does the Aircon Compressor issues of e-kicks already resolve?
There's a recall announced already which usually means that the problem has been identified and resolved
@@jaywalkur i heard it was a software issues😊
Just hate the door alarm like a 90's alarm clock hahaha! And the variants price difference is too much.
How about road and wind noise?
Very minimal.
Dodos are not extinct. We meet too many on the road everyday.

Magkano battery replacement?
I think another "cons" is that, it has no spare battery.
hows the condition pag malakas ang ulan? ok lang ba? baka mag ground siya
Nope hindi ka magaground. The battery is sealed.

Ang still using fossil fuel dude it a hybrid plain and simple
Sana marunong umintidi Bago mag post. D Naman nya sinabing d gumagamit my fossil fuel. Sabi nya first half step into the future. Banat pa more
While it is still using fossil fuels its using it in extreme efficiency. See the fuel consumption.
Copying the Honda accord hybrid from about 15 years ago. It was a flawed idea and it remains so.
yet it still works
@@brioblancaflor3662 a steam engine works. Doesn't mean it's a good idea to use.
So you are comparing tech from 15 years ago like comparing a samsung galaxy s2 to an apple "iphone" 14 🤔🤔🤔
@@wetsocksrichdad1928 you don't understand. It's exactly the same. Except of course Honda did a better job. Never heard of an apple 14.
Have you tried the Nissan Kicks? Are you really comparing it to a 15 year old car?
