I think it all makes sense to me. I take it as he is being honest of what he expects in a romantic relationship ( might sound bad , but you have to understand the meaning behind his words) When you love someone deeply, for real and for the right reasons and if you have an emotional intelligence , all that he expects comes naturally because there is a connection ,trust and a natural bond for both sides. It Is not an effort to do all that in an unselfish way when you love somebody for real . Is like a mother love, when we do all that no matter what inconditionally for our kids . Also in my humble opinion , he probably will not fulfill these expectations with a younger woman half of his age(at that age you are still figuring out life and possibly studying) he will need an emotional mature lady , a little older, with positive mindset strong personality and life experience. 😊
When I saw this, I felt how devastated he was when the marriage of his parents fell apart. He saw how his Mom struggled in nurturing him alone. However, this list was done when he was on his early twenties. I think as his world evolves things might change his perspective in life. We'll if it's still the same frame of mind, GOOD LUCK for the future partner of KSH.
If you love someone, all the conditions in such marriage comes along. There's no such perfect marriage or perfect partner in life. That's the challenging roles that need to face off. All we need is faith, love, patience, respect and trust to fulfill the role of being a married couple.

But now, I changed my mind, KJW is better off without him, as she deserve to be loved and cared for with respect and acceptance not conditions, rules. Also, yes, he is a billionaire, so as Hyun Bin, but was not like this to SHK….
