Sad news Captain of Harmony of the Seas, James MacDonald, Passing after emergency stop! :'(

Captain James MacDonald was our captain multiple times. We last saw him on Liberty of the Seas and got a photo with him. Harmony had to make an emergency stop in Cozumel to drop him off. He sadly passed away yesterday, Friday, May 17, 2024.

Thank you for the beautiful share. James was a beautiful person, his moral compass was true north, his compassion, integrity, love for his family , son's family, grandchild, his parents and sisters especially M, was even more than the amazing Captain J. MacDonald who positively impacted so many lives. I shall pass this on to his beloved M. Thank you so much for this glimpse into an amazing man's life well lived. Physically he may be gone, but his actions that resulted in wonderful memories will stay with us forever.

Went to school with Jim in the early seventies.Played on the same hockey team.Such a great friend.RIP JIM
