I think the additional money coming in with FL Cloud subscriptions, allows more quality (maybe also more employees) And maybe there was a change in company leading structures. (what I can say for sure: My prayers to Jesus for this company were answered several times already😅)

This is a crazy, awesome update Please make in the next update 3 main things that everyone has been dreaming about for a long time: 1) multi-level folder structure on the playlist and in the mixer (not two) 2) add more features to the sampler - multi-band equalizer, control of different parameters (pan, volume, width) using a custom envelope (not just ADSR) 3) full-fledged hotkey manager - for all hotkeys

Do you have to subscribe to your heaven, or only pay per harp? ;)

I hate that i can’t use the middle-click / scroll wheel to play from ANY window without having to close/leave it or literally physically can’t play from across the room without having to still close windows and or actually move the mouse cursor to the button and then hit play - literally my ONE issue (at least so far)

I was worried that Image Line was switching to a subscription model in a way that would screw those who spent hundreds on the one-time purchase for life-time free updates. Thankfully the subscription seems reasonable for what it offers (online computing and storage, and convenience for third party cloud-stored VSTs). Very maturely thought out and I appreciate it.
Unfortunately businesses do not care about customers, this subscription bull is going to be a tipping point with current inflation and people's disposable wage margins getting smaller. People say well it's only a few bucks, how long for? Next thing we know 50 dollars a month will be the norm, even then we don't own anything. It's a loose loose situation.

How much FL Studio improved over the years is insane, they actually listen to to the community like no other. Getting the subscription is all up to you, there is not much in there you actually really need. It's just extra's. And just buying the software once and getting life time updates is insane, don't know any other DAW's that do this, and are as good as FL. I feel extremely satisfied with my FL purchase, I don't believe Image-Line is a company that is going to force subscriptions on us for basic stuff.

I was 14 when I first discovered FL Studio (it was FL 9 iirc) and during most of the 5-6 years that followed I loved messing around with it and experimenting. Now, being 27, I feel like I finally have the chance to start making music for real and it makes me so happy to see just how amazing FL has become today. I'll be buying it very very soon!
I'm a 17 y/o dude, I'm looking forward to buying FL Studio in the future, I just don't have the funds yet. But when I do, I'm 100% buying this, it's a dream came true. I'm currently using FL Studio Trial until I can buy the full version. The slogan on their page that says "The fastest way from your brain to your speakers" isn't lying...
You can start with producer and update later. If you haven't tried FL Mobile you are going to like it. It's not a toy. They have all the essential tools there too. I don't have time to name them all. I really like the selection of drum sounds there. I always find the right drums for the song there and make a drum kit that matches the song. It's even easier to write a melody there. I bought the additional synths there for about $5 each. They are all good. I even find it easier to make music there. And it all starts with one cheap app. They have the slicer there so even if you don't have any idea you can get some loop and rearrange it, filter it and make something unique. You can also use the mobile version on your computer if you like the work flow there. It's like having two DAWs in one. Great stuff.
Keep at it I’m only 20 and started on fl about at 17 using the free and fruity version until upgrading to the producer version for the recording and DI options. It is worth it and sweetwater is running deals and image Line could be as well not sure. But fl is amazing and like everyone is saying it’s just getting better

I dont know anything about music production - yet! If I ever get into music creation, which is a thought thats been with me for a long time, I definitely wanna choose FL Studio as my starting place while tinkering around. This program has always looked the most user friendly, easy-to-get-into. While I dont understand everything being said in this video, the explanations to new content and improvements sound very nice. Thank you for all the hard work on the software, I hope you keep updating it until one day, one year, I decide to finally learn music production. :)
Can we have a big update for FL Studio Mobile? There's a lot need to be added and fixing on it like more effect, plugins, and optimisation audio (after export, the audio a little bit low, there's a lot people have this problem)
Damn it's been a long time since I downloaded FL studio. I just saw that my original license is from 2008! But I've been using it since way before then. Logic and Ableton for years, Cubase before that, and Reason, FL Studio, and Sonar before that. And even BEFORE that I was using Cakewalk! HO BUDDY!! Looking forward to trying the new gear boyz! Thanks for your hard work and for taking the risk with lifetime licenses. It's shown you really care about your customers. It's great to see you still around and being more central to the modern music production process than ever!

as primarily an ableton live user, i still reach for fl studio quite often due to how many incredible, forward-thinking features that continue to make it so robust. huge love for the CLAP support.
Same Larry ohh marketed it on his IG saying dm for the download and I found out it was simply available on their say but I’m a bit ticky/OCD and wanted it from the update notification so I simply just waited and gave it some time and got the notification on the 1st of the the (this) month (July) cool so far except them changing the middle-click/scroll wheel from “play”

Why doesn't this important video appear in the image line video list? I found it by searching through another RUclipsr. I am a Signature buyer. Also, it does not appear in the update news on the top bar of fl studio.
Probably waiting until some quick "hotfix" bug updates, before officially announcing the release. If you notice, the build number of the official download on Image-Line's website has already changed since the first v24 release.

Although there are crazy and amazing updates on the DAW.... it still lacks on the mobile side. I for one do use fl studio mobile and it is missing key elements such as Gross beat or even something basic but important, a soft clipper. I just wish you could add those simple things on the next mobile update. It would truly help and benefit those who use FL Studio Mobile.
finally found out why the nudge wheel wasn't working it was driving me crazy that shift and scrolling with my mouse wheel wasn't working and affected my workflow until the i saw you have to reactivate it in the playlist
Overall I absolutely love this update! One small change I'd like to see however is in regards to the new startup screen. I would love to see custom saved templates also shown in the right side list alongside FL Studio's default templates. Because at the moment, I have to click the 'empty' option, then exit out of the naming the project file window, then go up to the top left and open my desired template like normal. Adding that simple tweak would be amazing to see!

After updating to 2024 My/ effect chains will not be saved correctly, every third party plugin just resets itself again and again….

The unique audio via shift + v is such an acceleration to the workflow
Can we have a big update for FL Studio Mobile? There's a lot need to be added and fixing on it like more effect, plugins, and optimisation audio (after export, the audio a little bit low, there's a lot people have this problem)

Damn it's been a long time since I downloaded FL studio. I just saw that my original license is from 2008! But I've been using it since way before then. Logic and Ableton for years, Cubase before that, and Reason, FL Studio, and Sonar before that. And even BEFORE that I was using Cakewalk! HO BUDDY!!

It might be the smallest thing compared to all the other amazing features... but that make unique workflow enhancement is what I needed!! Oh, and also that option to disable nudging with the mouse wheel... Can't wait to try all the new plugins and features!!🔥🔥

@FL_Studio We need a video on how to correctly add the meta data (The BPM & Key) info for the "Time & Key Synced" Feature! I've been messing with it all day and haven't figured it out correctly.
try saving your audio files using edison and adding the metadata there
as primarily an ableton live user, i still reach for fl studio quite often due to how many incredible, forward-thinking features that continue to make it so robust. huge love for the CLAP support.
FL really went beast mode on this one. I just wish they could create a setting where users can change shortcut keys and make custom ones.

I did not receive any notification about this update.
Same Larry ohh marketed it on his IG saying dm for the download and I found out it was simply available on their say but I’m a bit ticky/OCD and wanted it from the update notification so I simply just waited and gave it some time and got the notification on the 1st of the the (this) month (July)

Why doesn't this important video appear in the image line video list? I found it by searching through another RUclipsr. I am a Signature buyer. Also, it does not appear in the update news on the top bar of fl studio.
Probably waiting until some quick "hotfix" bug updates, before officially announcing the release. If you notice, the build number of the official download on Image-Line's website has already changed since the first v24 release.
@@Music-tg5is Well the newest download file on their website gets flagged by anti virus and it takes forever to get things done in it! I feel so bad for having downloaded it...
Literally feels like I am doing something wrong and knowing how things work in this industry I get PTSD thinking that I am about to lose a license due to multiple unlock attempts or update attempts...

@@dimakoltsov can you run segments and consolidate on multiple projects? Or is it vital to run everything on one project with more mixer tracks?
@@Tejaneaux-ic8dp nah using differen projects for one song is very poor decision for kind of music I make. It's very important to have access to every track when you make small adjustments as well as mixing

Although there are crazy and amazing updates on the DAW.... it still lacks on the mobile side. I for one do use fl studio mobile and it is missing key elements such as Gross beat or even something basic but important, a soft clipper. I just wish you could add those simple things on the next mobile update. It would truly help and benefit those who use FL Studio Mobile.

Update - From build 4239 ( Win ) and above, it's fixed
finally found out why the nudge wheel wasn't working it was driving me crazy that shift and scrolling with my mouse wheel wasn't working and affected my workflow until the i saw you have to reactivate it in the playlist

Overall I absolutely love this update! One small change I'd like to see however is in regards to the new startup screen. I would love to see custom saved templates also shown in the right side list alongside FL Studio's default templates. Because at the moment, I have to click the 'empty' option, then exit out of the naming the project file window, then go up to the top left and open my desired template like normal. Adding that simple tweak would be amazing to see!
