    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup moong dal (split green gram)
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
    3-4 Garlic Cloves
    2-3 Green Chillies
    Your favorite pizza toppings (vegetables, cheese, herbs)
    Instructions:
    Soak the moong dal in water for 2 -3 hours.
    Drain and blend the dal with water, salt, Black Pepper,turmeric powder, Garlic Cloves, and Green Chillies to make a smooth batter.
    Spread the batter on a hot non-stick pan to form a pizza base and cook until golden brown on both sides.
    Add your favorite toppings and cook until the cheese melts.
