I have to thank you for using/promoting the Knukonceptz products. I was completely unaware of this brand and didn't realize just how bad the quality was of my wires and connections were until I bought some true-to-spec products from Knukonceptz. The performance advantage was staggering, using true OFC wires made to be true to the gauge advertised has vastly improved sound quality cuz everything is running as it should by being properly supplied the juice it requires. I've also made sure to utilize ferrules for my set-screw terminals, quality solder, and protect everything with heatshrink and split loom tubing. Thanks for setting such a great example of how to do things properly and doing so in a manner that is educational and entertaining. Keep up the great work, my friend. 😉👍
I will like to see a tutorial video on all of the adhesive you use both the CA glue and the double-sided tape and also the adhesives for vinylvrap. Sorry for poor spelling but i hope you got it, wonderful videos 😍👌 Greatings from Sweden
I love it when all my neighbors buy huge flat screen TVs. I get the cardboard and they don't have a sign in thier yard, steel this TV. I got a box an 86inch TV came in good for lots of templates.
I love all your ideas/help and builds. I wish i could work with you as i do installs right now as a side job. Hoping one day to own my own shop and do work as well as you. Keep it up.
Hey Mark, that’s good stuff! Can’t follow that? What a shame. Really good tips on measuring and transferring. It’s a whole lot easier using machine screws than course threaded ones. Stay safe mates!😊👍🏻😷
I'm not paid by them but I can absolutely attest to knukon stuff. I used their panel dampers and wires for my set up years ago and that shit was way better than anything else I could find at the time.
So crazy how I was just on my way home telling myself I was gonna go watch EXO’s video on this same topic because I need to get it done because my setup is bending up the original panel, and then I see you upload this today.. good stuff!
I'm in the process of purchasing the Sony DSX-GS80 head unit (45w RMS) and pairing it with an MTX TN8MS 8" powered subwoofer (135w RMS). I will be using the RCA connections to the Sony and powering the sub directly off the 12v car battery. Will this be a balanced and compatible pairing? Do you think the Sony might overpower the MTX sub? Also, since the Sony is so beefy, should it be getting its own fused power supply directly from the battery (as does the subwoofer) even if it is not powering the sub?
Good morning afternoon evening sorry from south Africa. I like to see what you doing you do a really good job well done mate. I have uno fire like to do senter concel any ideas for me please mate. And I like your videos. Like to see more and more.
Hey mark, I’m planning on building a box soon for 2 10 inch subs. Was wondering if you had any videos about ports and how to calculate the needed port area, length, etc. Also great video as always!!
Where do you base out of city and state would be awesome to see some high spl builds where you go into high out alternators and muti runs of 1/0 I'm currently in the planning process I bought some audio legion equipment and plan on building a full trunk banpass box with 2 12s plexiglass front so when you drop the seats you can take in the beauty your videos are super awesome with the discussion of the techniques that you use and tools used it with definitely open up doors and show some of the magic behind the curtain
I was watching your video and see you advertised knuconcept I bought a bunch of wires for my amplifiers for the build , when I received the wires I am realizing that the quality is not good at all. I end up though the wires in the rash and bought some wires from crutch field.
I have an 03' Lincoln Town Car. Would I get better sound quality and less rattling if I put a 12" Skar Audio 600w rms sub, ported box in the backseat rather than trunk? Not worried about theft where I live and commute. Want deep, accurate bass rather than spl. Going to run stock speakers (pretty decent) with a pioneer head unit.
Hi, your videos have been very helpful. Im just wondering what is the difference between square bearing on round bearing when u use the adjustable curve?
I have a 2013 chrylser 300... im trying to do the same exact thing that you have going on for that trunk... Is there also a link I can get from you too get them router templates for my set up? Please and thank you.. I just can't seem to find them anywhere!
hi mark, greetings from argentina! thank you for your videos, i'm learning a lot watching you. I was wondering, which software do you use for the blueprints? I don't have a wood working space so i was thinking that I might design the speakers and then send the blueprints to a carpenter, but i don´t know which is the best software to do so. Thanks again !
hello ... how many psi the shock absorber used in the trunk? Is there any distortion in the lines when the luggage is closed, it was applied unilaterally as far as I can see ... Thank you..
Man help a bro out. Got hyundai i30 cw 2012 year(left st wheel drive)im in process of building custom trunk music subwoofer goes into drivers side into trunk.and i need to get access for spare tire..and i need to keep tetherimg hooks free for child seat..i have 3 amps(1 mono for sub. 1 4channels for woofers and tweeter and one 4ch for midrange and maybe something else eventually and 1 dsp and need to keep my truck free for kids stuff etc.shooping..where to put all these amps and dsp...
I bought 2 rolls of template tape..gotta say..im disappointed...while routing a piece of plexi..it shifted..and messed the whole project up..had to buy more plexi..its didnt stick to nothing...it kept moving..
Yeah, you've got to use enough tape that it doesn't shift, and with cheap acrylic the paper will lead to a shift if not removed. Acrylic is one of the best materials for the tape to adhere to so it sound like you didn't use enough pressure, enough tape, or clean the surface well enough. You can try and blame the tape, but this was more a lack of experience by the user.
@@CarAudioFabrication actually..I used a piece of 1"×6" piece of plexi as a guide..had tape the whole length of the piece..not sure how thats error on my part...but ok..ur the expert..im not trying to bash the company ur sponsored by or u, just trying to say what happened so that maybe u could give me some pointers..but u seem on the defensive side..so I guess ill figure it out on my own. Oh..ive been doing car audio for 25 yrs..doubt its lack of experience..and if u need to clean the surface that good, u might want to incorporate that in ur vids. Just saying..u can't expect an experienced or novice user to know this especially if never used b4.
Bruh....the level of detail and production quality on this channel is unmatched...
This channel is an insane resource! Thanks for posting all of your great ideas, it really is helpful and inspiring!!
This man is brilliant, I can to learn a little about building a template. Left with a masters degree in engineering!
Idea for a build: Please do a moulded subwoofer fiberglass box that would go into the trunk sides.
Man, I wish I could offer you my car for a Stealth build!

Mark, Your pre-vision(if that's a word)... For these builds are damn amazing, I'm a huge fan from South Africa
Router tables are such a good tool!
One of the best for custom car audio
You’ve inspired me to clean up my crappy truck amp install. Bought it the way it is and now I’m finally gonna make it nicer.
THE GOAT, the final product is going to be mind blowin ,love the desing you give to this one great job mark.
Your skill and experience really shines
Gonna have to keep this build in mind for my falcon (aussie car, awkward boot)

I think there's a video on that subject in one of the older videos Mark posted....
Been watching your skills grow since the beginning! Great job Mark, very detailed explanation. I really enjoy your channel
Cool use of the Rule of Thirds, Mark. I can totally imagine looking at a 2-piece panel and wondering, "why doesn't it look as good as it should?".
Rule of thirds is key!
Always love watching your videos when I’m lost on a project or to be prepared for the next time. Thank you for uploading these videos for all of us!
Been binge watching all your vids in order....love the fact when you have all the right tools!
Wish you'd have plugged that wire BEFORE my rebuild was finished. That'll be useful to know for the next project though.
I love it when all my neighbors buy huge flat screen TVs. I get the cardboard and they don't have a sign in thier yard, steel this TV. I got a box an 86inch TV came in good for lots of templates.
In colder climates, wear a winter glove then check the hole for lifting the spare tire panel.
the master strikes again awesome work.
I love all your ideas/help and builds. I wish i could work with you as i do installs right now as a side job. Hoping one day to own my own shop and do work as well as you. Keep it up.
Sweet build, can't wait to see the finished panels
Nice Panel! Very helpful Mark!
Great video Mark. Love how clean all your installs are

Nice and cleaned job
Nice router work Mark
The next vid is gonna be sweet too!!!
I'd like to see what you could come up with for a Del Sol for behind the seats.

Can you do a capacitor video? Noticed you don't speak about this type of product despite installing some high end audio systems.
Thanks.

Man you must have gotten a straight A in wood shop and mobile electronics school lol
A hydraulic strut would be a nice addition if possible.
I am here!!!!! As always like then watch
Thanks for checking in!👍😎
Hi, your videos have been very helpful. Im just wondering what is the difference between square bearing on round bearing when u use the adjustable curve?
Round bearing will eat into the adjustable curve. You MUST have the square bearing.
Hi Mark. Could you do a video on a 2019 Ford Fiesta install?
I have a 2013 chrylser 300... im trying to do the same exact thing that you have going on for that trunk... Is there also a link I can get from you too get them router templates for my set up? Please and thank you.. I just can't seem to find them anywhere!
