    You never fail… keep the advice coming. I work for a up and coming business and now have a team of HR professionals who report to me and it’s a struggle!

    My problem is really giving them back their monkey because I tend to do stuff hands on alot, so it's impulse to do rather than redirect sometimes

    Awesome video, Mak. I am one who has been using a weekly planner since the 1980's (before computers - LOL). Sunday is my planning day. Recently, I have incorporated a second resource - a daily planner (aka - To Do List). 7am is my daily planning time where I take items off my weekly planner and transfer them to my daily planner, along with those unforeseen nuances. One item sits on the left side of my desk, the other one on the right side of my desk

    Great channel w/ amazing advice..been watchin alnight lol ..4the situation I'm currently in, I'm about 2take-over as gm in a restaurant after being assistant manager in it for 3 months... 😮 The gm is going on paternity leave w/ his wife so their trusting me to step up temporarily. So ur videos are my new Bible for 2 months. Just wanted to say thank you for all ur hard work on ur videos :)

    Great video. Discipline to stay consistent is key when leading a team. Don't lose sight of what you are trying to achieve and stay true to your commitments.

    my difficult employee does her job satisfactorily, doesn't complain, doesn't come to me often, doesn't gossip, is not toxic . She refused salary raise. She requests that I and the team don't ask her questions, just give her trust and read her files by ourselves. She does the job well, but when the team asks her to walk through, she gave up halfway and emailed HR confirming that she did not do the job so that she can avoid the rest of the walk through.

      Hey there Fernanda, I am so sorry about this. The calendar is all booked up right now that's why it's not allowing you to book a call. We will not be opening up availability again until the end of June.
