I'll never forget when I was 4 or 5 years old and my mom got me a Wii with this game and Wii Sports Resort, and that's how I was introduced to gaming. I remember when I was playing Wii Sports boxing and swinging my arms as hard to beat my opponent as I could and start sweating.

The main reason why this game is so legacy is because of the motion control of Wii. People just bought the system, play Wii sports on it and didn’t look back at the system and because much of third party games didn’t sell well and were also shovelware.

Did you see the new madden 21 trailer? I did, and it was horrible. It had the same break tackle animation, it had a animation to dive for the pylon, but you probably need an ability for that. Same sidelines, fans, and looks like madden 19
