Isn't that attachment the Dremel 565? The 568 appears to be a grout removal tool that holds the bit at a 30 degree angle.

this bit is not the best. I bought the kit and it struggles to cut a normal porcelain tile.

Porcelain tile is one of the toughest materials to cut. Ceramic tile is about half as hard as ceramic and the bit is for ceramic tile
