My favorite Voiceline is from Psyker’s Fanatic Voiceline, where he says something, but the subtitles get what he said wrong and he proceeds to break the fourth wall. It’s legit prime psyker and I love it.
I started with Darktide, then I went through the lore, now I'm painting my first tech priest figure. So the game does quite a good job introducing people to the 40k world.
Normally I'm not a fan of videos with a crap ton of memes (i find most to be repetive/overdone/obnoxious) but you have good delivery / timing with your memes and they are also creative, interesting, and funny. 10/10 video

This came so unexpected and we both burst out laughing, trying to understand what just happened and it lasted for minutes. Edit: 13:00 Also this never plays because the boss dies before or right after the beat lol, even on higher difficulties.
My veteran is a joker who tries to convince his fellow veterans into deserting and Starting a bar. I know this because he's stated " would anyone want to join me on a excursion away from atoma" the other vet "to which end?" " to start to a little dark bar of've course" the alcoyte "deserting is no joking matter" my "no one said I was".
I was already a pretty big dark tide enjoyer before I watched your video, and I was curious to your opinion. I've gotta say I'm very happy to have watched your video. It was informative, funny, and covered dark tide as a whole very well. I also got into 40k because of dark tide, and a good video like yours will surely bring in new fans!
akcthually, the snipers dont have that sound cue UNLESS you are playing the many many many snipers modifier. the cool thing about the sniper is you will see the red laser FIRST and then you are given a chance to dodge when a sound cue plays as he's about to shoot. they did a cool audio/video reverse with sniper. every other specialist you will hear before you can spot them (or you can hear the snipers walk around but its not that loud and can be confused at first with the bomber's walking sounds)
i got 400 hours in this game, the music is amazing they did so good on sound its what made the game for me! i enjoyed this review it was well laid out and alot of detail! glad you're enjoying the warhammer universe now!

Darktide - a great game with terrible launch and despite a year of updates, my CPU still struggles to run it for more than 2 missions at a time till this day.

if you haven't already try vermintide 2 it's made by the same devs and focuses on warhammer fanstasy and it's just as good and has even more character interactions but it's a lot more melee focused, and instead of corrupted marines you fight funny rats

Update: They have fixed the RNG aspect of perks now as of 9/26/2024. Edit: Just use the weapons you like and they level up, then you get different versions and perks of your choice unlocked by playing missions and using the weapons.
AS OF 2024/09/27 THEY HAVE NOW COMPLETELY REWORKED THE PERK SYSTEM AND IT IS NOT RANDOM ANYMORE,

I love many things about Darktide, but the thing I love the most is the fact that the reload animation saves your progress when interrupted.

The music is the best part of the game and the game is very good.
600 hours currently in Darktide and 8:17 just taught me that Snipers ACTUALLY have a spawn que sfx. Absolutely taking note of this.
So the sound design is lacking, go it.
