it’s legit useless. my mom has a hyundai with that feature and if your looking at your speedometer while switching lanes you shouldn’t be on the road lol. not once have i used it outside of getting out from a parking spot.

This makes me really excited to see what N models they make in the future. I really hope they bring back the Genesis Coupe and just make that a N model

Yeah I have a couple neighborhood kids that thought cutting the exhaust off their 20-year-old Honda would make it faster. They aren't any faster but they are definitely very loud and obnoxious!
For the NA market, we will NOT be getting Heated steering wheel Adaptive cruise control Rear heated seats Electronic parking brake Rear seat vents Overhead camera view Auto folding mirrors Blind spot camera view It's unfortunate, but almost everything that makes the car new the North American market will not receive it. It will be mostly a cosmetic upgrade and minor tweaks.
This is important to note. Here in Australia, we are still waiting to see what options we'll get. We normally get top spec models, so we may get everything with no option to get a cheaper option!
it is unfortunate but i'm hoping that also keeps the cost down on the 24 for us in NA. I live in a hot area so all the heated options are useless for me anyways. Not having the turn signal camera is something i can live without. But thats just me!
They did the same thing with the G70 with their Half Digital half analogue instrument cluster and people did not respond well when you could get a fully digital gauge in the Elantra and the sonata
I had a 2020 Veloster N with resonator cut out and this thing sounds as loud as my VN did. Also, I love the idle of this car. Idk what it is, but it sounds so good.
i dont know im a rwd hardhead enthusiast myself and i drove a 2023 Elantra N DCT at a autocross i was extremely impressed with the way it powered out of corners braking no wild torque steer. Nowadays unlike in the past people seem to be steering away from performance cars. damn EV/Crossover takeover
🤔 no stick emergency brake. I own the 2022 model. And the warranty actually covers the use of it on track. Its a very fun option 2 have. So I can't be happy with the push button update. I'm wanting 2 upgrade years, but still waiting on more changes. Good car, and never what the window sticker price says 😂👍
I love the new dash turn signal cameras. If my 2022 N can make it through the lake effect snow this winter in the NE United States then I'll definitely trade in for a 2024.

That constant beep when you got out is because u had the key but I expected car to stop but it didn’t. How far can you walk away from car with it on but key in pocket? Such a beast car

I don´t get why they don´t sell the Elantra over here in Europe. I don´t need the N, but even the regular models looks far more exciting than our ageing i30.
Just remember, the DCT has the NGS button, also is faster 0-100, and also has remote start function. The manual does not have these things, but is a more engaging drive.
Interestingly, I saw a Walk around review for an American 2024 N, And it had a manual handbrake with the DCT trans. From other reviews in Korea, The DCT has a electronic handbrake and the auto hold function.
@@CrystalNinja07 we never got an e-brake for the Elantra N In the US. Which means there's no auto hold feature. Which the Korean model has both. I love the auto hold. Had it on my MK7 golf R. Can live without it now. Having to keep my foot on the brake at stop lights. That's a deal breaker for me... Smh, and I really love this new refresh.

It's a valved exhaust. The N mode exhaust 'farts' can be turned down or off in N custom mode settings. If you're worried about DCT slippage, there's a 6 spd manual option lmao. i30N and Veloster N DCT's have been fine for years anyways so dw.

There are settings in the dash related to the exhaust, it's completely tunable
The key not being in the car beep is really annoying though. they need to make it shorter or just remove it
When you use the blinker and the cam pops up on the instrument cluster is fucking nuts tbh
