Update - I bought this one in the shade Copper. So it’s a decent compact, kind of brings a brightness. I tried it at home and didnt go out so I’m not sure how it will perform. What I felt is, you will look like you have put something on compared to Kat Beauty compact which looks like skin. Since it’s vegan and cruelty free and they are giving B1G1, I think people can try it out once. Copper will suit NC44-44.5 skin tones. Also, I would say, it’s a good one for work from home makeup.
I think this is a brilliant launch by the brand. I really love the make-up from this brand the ingredients genuinely feel healthy like the product feels healthy why you apply it. Not just a gimmick when they say ayurvedic
I bought “Natural” shade I think I needed one shade darker for my South Indian skin tone. The other thing is the lighting, the “natural shade looks perfect in white and natural light, but it looks a little mismatched in warm lighting.

Aparna, don't you think this compact is a bit white-ish? Kay Beauty Compact is much more lighter and suits the skin tone better I feel. Also, what are your thoughts on SPF these days? I remember that you were not a SPF fan and I had agreed to you on that. But now I'm also feeling that probably SPF is needed to prevent ageing. Also, I'm trying to buy the Just Herbs compact powder using your code but it's not working. Could you please check if it's still valid?
Ya I was not a big spf fan, but I believe there’s no harm in using it. Especially because now in all skincare there are tons of stuff that we must support our skin with spf . Kay beauty compact is lovely but totally diff, just herbs is like a powder foundation I felt. I don’t even need foundation with it and it stayed soooo long. Hope my reply helps. But i do like a good compact and this seems absolutely perfect according to my preferences. I lovee their Lipsticks also. Loveee them. Oh and i recently tried my glamm Manish Malhotra liquid lipstick very comfortable nice formula and the my glamm lip crayon and their 5 in 1 totalmakeover palette. Reallllyyyy impressed. Such a hidden gem.

I bought just herbs liquid lipstick and the expiry period is given 3 years. Let's see if it lasts for more than 6 months 😉
It will last for 3 yrs , that’s teh shelf life…. but once you open it, it must be used within 6months
