When the album released at midnight, there was no way in hell I was listening to it softly to not wake up my neighbors in the building so ironically enough I went out to my car in the rain (sound familiar? lol), turned the volume all the way up, and listened from beginning to end. Once it got to this song, I was so shocked at the transition that my jaw literally dropped and my hand flew to my mouth, and once the meaning of the words started pouring out as she kept singing I just felt so fucking proud of her that I started bawling like a fuckin baby lol. It kept building and once it gets to the screams, it was just another wave of sobbing. SO proud of her, and SO glad she made this song.
