Touchpad Gaming is literally on another tier above immortal And as usual this herald game was INSANE lol, even the smurf invoker couldn't carry at the end
I used to play with touchpad, and picked only old techies, just hiding around, placing mines and bombs just waiting for right time and detonating, that shit happened because my laptop usb stopped working
smurfing with invoker is cursed, once u feel the power every smurf starts toying with the enemy team instead of focusing to ending the game. You became one with the hero
My friend spilled Gatorade on his keyboard once during the laning phase and played the rest of the game as Pudge with a controller. He did strangely well.
I remember back when I was 15 and played HoN, I used to play on my school laptop late at night laying down in bed without a mouse. What's worse is that it was an 06 Macbook which didn't have a two button mousepad, so to right click I had to press command + click. What's funny was that after a while I actually got pretty good at it and eventually got better than most of the other people in 'noob' lobbies at the time. It's fun to look back on those times, where the laptop took at least 5 minutes to be able to open the game and another 5 to load the assets of the game, it would radiate heat through the blanket so intensely I'd have to constantly move the blanket around so my stomach wouldn't get too hot lol.
Don't know how jenkins missed the fail at 10:52. Instead of disrupting pudge to save him, SD instead saves cent and treant from invoker's double blast+meatball combo. Far bigger fail than the rubick's lift fail at 8:51because sniper was dead regardless.
Future video: Herald gamer breaks everything (including pc) and plays using his telekinesis powers. OR Herald gamer attaches wires to his body to play game.
I had celeron processor in my laptop 3-4 years ago, there was a problem with ic and mouse and lan ports were not working so I would also play with laptop mouse. Eventually that laptop died due to overheating. RIP MY LOVE
Oh my god. Dota games with player hardware issues are wild. I had an epic game just a few weeks ago. Very herald. Pos 5 disruptor. I'm not a disruptor player but a solid 5 player. I expected to do alright. When the queue finished I realized there was a bugged pop up blocking the dead center of my screen. Couldn't read chat or see the exact middle 8th of my screen. 90 percent of invokers in herald/guardian deny runes with spirits, btw. sometimes i feel like high level coaches, good as they are /bsj, speed, jenkins/ have no actual fkin idea what goes on in herald games because people only send them the really ridiculous ones. people deny, people ward, people smoke, people are often mechanically sound and farm. not all of them of course, but it is very common. its the decision making that makes the games random, the huge mid fights three times in a row, the base dives, the shit positioning on lowground and throwing aegis etc. minmaxxing has improved drastically since there is so many resources and guides on youtube and the playerbase is getting gradually better. today herald is like archon a couple years ago
I'd say individually people play pretty good except some stuff like you mentioned. What makes them lose people are stuck with their sh1tty "mains", often squishy and can't draft, like draft is what loses most of games. People often don't draft tanky initiators or often some quirky heroes without an actual DPS etc. Instead of fitting one quirky/squishy hero alongside 2 tanky initiator etc, one "easy" dps mage and some good CC, they either pick all late-game ones or all early game

Try turbo, way easier to meme in turbo since the games are twice as fast and there is no mmr on the line so it's a lot less stressful.
