Arcane Mage 10.1 - ST ROTATION - 4 Piece Tier 30

This video showcases a sample of the new 4 piece rotation once you acquire full tier gear in Dragonflight 10.1. The main point is to extend our burst window and attempt (with double lust) to fit our mini-burst within the buff window.
There is likely to be some variation in the use of RoP/Shifting Power so delaying it 1 or 2 seconds is not gamebreaking.
