Great video. What a great unit the V8-1HD is. Awesome having the Mavic 2 linked along with the smartphone as well. 👍

Thank you, but I want to know how to add the picture when I insert the USB into the device from here. I want to know the way to enter from the counter USB Momery. Select the counter number in the device control. Thank you very much, dear

I was very interested to see your video as I am about to purchase the Roland V-8HD Vision Mixer. You mentioned that you were streaming to Zoom and I wondered how you are linking the Roland V-8HD Vision Mixer to zoom. I had thought I could connect the vision mixer to my laptop through a Magewell usb devise but I'm not convinced this will work. I would appreciate any advise.

Hi, how do you connect a wireless camera (drone or phone) to the mixer. What equipment does it take to receive the signal and output in hdmi. thanks

How did you get the vision out of the mavic live and into the Roland? We just purchased the V8 today and thinking for local footy matches having a drone source as an input.

Hi Dan, thanks for your question! We plan on making a video addressing this topic in the near future, however, the gist is to connect the APP on your phone to a RTMP server running on a laptop. Then you create an RTMP input to OBS to get HDMi output to the V-8HD. Hope that helps!

Just purchased this video switcher. So far I love it. Was wondering, is it possible to connect GoPros to it?

Hey Josh, you can connect any GOPro with a micro HDMI output into the V-8HD using a micro HDMI to HDMI adapter

We used a Yuan PD570 proCapture for the encoding. If you bought the V-8HD in Australia contact your dealer for a special price on the encoder!

Roland Australasia perfect. Also can I play videos through the switcher like putting graphics up?

@@brandonberry3137 Absolutely, you'll just need to connect a device to input the graphics
