People wonder why I prefer GT over Super. Black Goku saga to DBS Broly were good so far.
Black arc and top were WAY to nostalgia driven. No new ideas. Goku black repeats so much old shit. Evil goku...again...xicor.....again....basically baby vegeta....again. How many times did top reuse old moments and butcher em (cough Mahon vegeta final explosion)

You know... This video isn't really inaccurate. You've literally summarized Dragon Ball Super powerscaling to some sense.
Power consistency has always been an issue for Dragonball, but Super has taken it to a whole new level.

This is why I'm starting to like Vegeta more. And I really didn't want to hop on that bandwagon.
Return of the king
I personally like a lot what Dragon Ball Super had to offer. Moro Arc was meh, mostly because they repeated the same stuff in the King Piccolo arc. I.e. demon who is too powerful to kill has to be imprisoned, then escapes, has minions, frees people from prison, wishes to have his youth and power restored by the dragon balls ect. DBS also actually made the humans and Piccolo way more relevant then they used to be. Even if they don't do anything major, they still contribute something and actually fight, even Roshi does. I like that they had Zamasu, who is the only villain that actually thought he was doing the right thing and a universal tournament.
Power scaling in manga does however make a lot more sense. But one has to remember that no matter how strong someone gets, they still use ki control. Vegeta from the saiyan saga alone caused massive hurricanes when powering up, yet when Goku turns SS or SSB or anything, you don't see that happening a whole lot, despite being massively more powerful. I do also like that they made Broly WAY more interesting in the super movie, and showed an antagonist that was not just a one note psycho, but actually had some personality, and even threw Frieza in the mix as well as Gogeta. I think it probably should have just ended there. I do like Ultra Instinct, but I always thought it should have been a state of mind, rather than being a form they use during certain situations. Perfected SSB really should have been their peak
UI should be used in a situation where they are still in whatever form they are in, but use it to dodge certain things or land certain blows they wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. That way, they can still be well below Beerus, as they should, as I think Goku surpassing Beerus is a bit much, even if it is temporary, and now that he can seemingly do it at will is a little too much. It would have been better if they just use it in whatever form they are in. Whis uses it and doesn't transform, as he uses it naturally all the time, and Beerus uses ultra instinct many times. He just hasn't perfected it yet. There was an example of when SS3 Goku fought Beerus and backed off, and Beerus remarked that it was impressive and that Goku's instincts actually helped him. That is what I feel UI should have been, rather than being a super saiyan-like form.
Only thing I like about this arc is Vegeta learning Yardrat techniques. I just wish it amounted to more than just lmao Moro just distracts Vegeta enough to where the Spirit Fission hardly matters.
Fucking finally someone says it. Super has issues. Too many for me. It's a 5/10 show at best. And the shitty powerscaling and half assed retcons make it so much worse for me. GT>SUPER

At this point with how their power scaling is going, I wouldn't be surprised if they became more exaggerated than Saint Seiya and you know how over the top 7th sense is by itself with how it was described for users.
A new Dragon Ball Super movie is apparently going to be released in 2022........
Then super 2 will make the broly and new movies remade into 2 shitty arcs with bad animation. And like super instead of using that time to write a good story we will just get poorly written arcs after that. Then supertards will insult gt and z to make super look better by comparison like always.

The most logical way to start new anime is from Moro saga and of course this will be the best becasue Moro arc is absolutely the longest arc in dragon ball super so it need many episodes to build up story.

I don't know if you keep playing XV2,but in the Infinite Story Mode of the DLC 6,Vegeta helps Cell Saga Goku to go SSJB with just "random motivational speech".What do you think about that?

I thought it was more dumb that they had to retcon Grand Supreme Kai into being this very powerful being. They also didnt care about freeing South Supreme Kai which is kind of heartless. Plus it raises questions. Do other Universes have Grand Supreme Kai's? Was Old Kai there for Grand Supreme Kai? If so, why does Beerus scare him so much when the dude is weaker than Fat Buu at the time?

I mean the whole planet thing it's ki control, they can do a universal potency attack that won't destroy the planet because ki control.
That doesn't make sense. Then they shouldn't be getting damaged in the slightest if they are suppressing the Ki to the point that it's not doing anything to the planet. Even in DBZ, that didn't make sense, and it's why I figured they were glass cannons there as well. It's MUCH worse in Super. Like why even be Universal level if planet busting can still kill them? They had the chance to show us that Vegeta died from lack of oxygen in Super when a completely beaten down Frieza blew up Earth. They still implied that Earth exploding is what killed him.

Well, most characters can't breathe in space so they are still holding back their power so they don't destroy their battleground and get sucked up in the vacuum of space
A lot of villains can breathe in space (Or survive) and they are still doing just fine holding back enough to not destroy the Planet. Characters like Kid Buu, Broly, Zamasu, and such. They really care about the planet they are on if they are controlling the potency despite being able to survive in space lol.

@@saintgogeto675 But the attacks are not doing anything to the planet. It was bad when they did it in DBZ but its far worse when these characters are universal level. A planet should be like a pebble to them. Again, they are still scared of planet busting attacks. A weakened Frieza was able to kill SsjB Vegeta by planet explosion. And Super had the chance to say he died from lack of air (Despite showing god characters can survive in space), they still implied it was the explosion that killed him.

It's impossible now. They do power tiers now. If I did it, it would be extremely inconsistent and seems pulled out of their behind with how suddenly powerful some characters get.

Personally I thought the Moro arc was great. It isn't without flaws but overall it's enjoyable. At least to me anyway
I mean it's not like it has been stated that Goku and the other DB characters intentionally hold back so they don't destroy the planet or anything. 🙄 Anyway Dragon Ball characters have been able to bust planets since the Saiyan Saga and effortlessly so since the Frieza Saga. So the whole "hurr durr why don't they blow up the planet if they are so powerful" thing is pretty redundant at this point.

Second of all I don't think Toriyama/Toyotarou/Toei really think about the logic of these things like the fans do, they don't understand how much more powerful a Universe buster is than a planet buster. They just say to themselves "destroying is Universe is better than destroying a planet, so lets say that Goku can destroy the Universe now" and then they put it in the story. Honestly I love Dragon Ball, but it's amazing how well the original Dragon Ball and Z holds up as well as it does considering Toriyama just made up shit as he went along
Eh, power scaling based on feats hasn't been relevant since the King Piccolo arc maybe the 23rd tournament. We know these people can destroy planets now but it hasn't changed the dynamics of the fights then so why should it now?
Because they keep going on and on about how powerful these villains/characters are. "Oh my gawd, they can destroy the universe. Now what's next?? MULTIPLE UNIVERSES! Now what's after that? A Giga Universe! Oh no! What's even more dangerous? The omniverse! That's insane... Holy cow they can destroy fiction itself!.... But they can still die from a planet-busting attack. "It's borderline parody at this point and there is no point in making them that powerful if they are still doing the same old things that they been doing since DragonballZ. I didn't even like it when DBZ did it because it all came off as hyperbole to me. Now they actually show the feats and are still scared if someone like Saiyan Saga Vegeta blew up the planet and it ends up vaporizing these so called Universal level characters lol.

@@legendarymfilms3192 Sorry for the late reply. But even in Super, SsjB Vegeta was still implied to have died from the explosion itself. They didnt change the dialogue at all or implied he died from suffocation. Remember, these are so called light speed characters. SsjB Vegeta would have easily sensed where the others are and flew to the little bubble they made. Plus SsjG Goku and Beerus were fighting in space so they can survive in a vaccum even if not for a long time.
So this place is now for people who basically hates Super. Understandable, live with only your memories, I will enjoy with every new UI Goku fights ^^
No? Its just for me to do whatever videos I want to do. Just lately, I want to vent about Super. And it's fine if you want to enjoy Super Saiyan White Goku. It's already being rehashed into being the next Super Saiyan God. That whole "Adapt it as your base form" thing, yeah SSjG did it first. I mean before that was mastered Super Saiyan.
To be honest i would rather live with the memories of when Dragonball was good. Infact don't even bother with the DBS manga, just come up with your own conclusion to this series, because whatever you come up with in your head will be better than whatever we get with that garbage lol.
Manga and Anime use different scaling obviously. Manga has always been much weaker and only been Galaxy level at most..
And name me one shonen Anime that has good Power scaling?
Fairy Tail , One Piece , Naruto/Boruto , Bleach all have their issues if you break down their power scaling. If anything Dragonball is the only one that has valid explaination like for example Ki control, Zenkai and Multipliers

@@Vegito1089 you've made it clear you don't understand dragon ball and are just blaming super, you give super crap for not destroying the planet despite being multiversal but by that logic that's a problem since the Frieza saga since Frieza could destroy stars yet the planet was fine until he actually tried to destroy it, Cell could destroy the solar system (possibly much stronger considering the angle he was going to destroy it from) and the earth wasn't destroyed. You're criticizing the growth rate of characters when ssj Goku was able to fight a perfect clone of ultimate Gohan in ssj because of zenakais. Everything you criticize about super isn't a new concept, we're just more aware of it now because of Seth the Programmer

Super is not done though and I critisize it both for personalities and just not caring about power scaling. To the point that Master roshi is a planet buster now.
@@Vegito1089 the problem is you're treating it as a new thing that was specific with super and it's obvious to tell that considering you claim to have known that about Z but have made numerous trips through Z with pl videos but you say that you can't do the same with Super. It's been a thing throughout the start that when they see a gap they can close it but if they think they've peaked then they remain stagnant. That's shown at the very beginning of Z when after 5 years Goku and Piccolo aren't all that much stronger than they were during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai but after fighting Raditz and learning of foes way stronger than raditz Piccolo is able to exponentially increase his power after less than a year of training. It's also been long established in the narrative of the saiyans that they grow stronger when fighting a stronger opponent, from the mouth of Akira Toriyama himself actually. So all these unexplained boosts in power have been sewn in the narrative of the original manga even. Them not destroying the earth can simply be explained that the author doesn't want to write in a way to restore the earth every single time someone fights. That's how most authors are when writing powerful fictional characters. Superman can hold black holes but I bet you can count how many times he's destroyed the earth on one hand. You either don't understand dragon ball or you're not a fan of power creep despite it being a thing since the beginning
