They don't give points but they do increase the combo counter, and enemies killed at a higher combo count will award more bonus points. That's why I make sure to not kill any enemies when going through rooms you'll revisit during pizza time

no because you need lap 2 to get a p-rank

Gerome, Lap 2 and all the secrets are requirements for P-rank so a P-rank isn’t possible since a P-rank requires Lap 2
