Person dies after falling 30 feet at Barton Creek Greenbelt

Austin-Travis County EMS said one person died after reportedly falling 30 feet at Barton Creek Greenbelt in south Austin Tuesday evening.

I'll never be cautious or prepared. Stupid fire chief. Also, can they not show a picture of what he fell off of so we can avoid it?

Gonna guess it's the cave that you can climb up in at the Flats. Not very safe for ppl drinking

I sure hope that he wasn't showing off for his friends..... Of course, there are always climbers that need to prove to themselves that they can reach dangerous heights....
