      Everyone I know uses measuring cups and a rice cooker and while it works, it never comes out perfect.
      The way I was taught was on a stove top by eyeballing just a bit too little water and adding a few splashes as I go where needed, never turning my back on it for more than a minute or two. Comes out great.
      On that note, people who walk out of the kitchen while pots are actively boiling on the stove scare me
      I'm guessing mum nearly set fire to her house once because she drilled that shit into me.. never walk away :P

    • @lannisterfilth
      @lannisterfilth 5 лет назад +10

      @@MotoCat91 A lot of Asians cook rice perfectly with rice cooker. You just need good measurements. Stove top is good but you need to constantly watch over it, which is honestly a waste of time.
