I run an exposed electrical wire, a stripped off end of an extension cord, through my helmet and plug it into a wall socket, in my garage or carport. The screaming thief serves as my alarm.
Looks like a decent product. Never used one before, as I have always taken my helmet with me, but something like this, I would not need to carry it around.
Hey Paul. Yeah, it does put your mind at ease knowing your D Rings are attached to the bike. Like I said, I highly recommend this product. Thanks for watching.
Kool vid. Why would I want to have the dual? Was hoping that you would have explained it on the vid. Is it a matter of redundancy? Did you find a placement along the handlebars for the other lock that makes it more secure? Your answer would be appreciated. Thanks for the vid.
I admit one of the things I am concerned about is my heritage and it’s quick release windscreen some day could just disappear one day and there is no way to lock it on
I use a simple pad lock and chain right to or through my front wheel. Knowing they're in my front bag also gives me peace of mind in those sketchy neighborhoods too. Sometimes I hang my lock & chain like a back off whip but that might be illegal in some states so it may not be for everyone (especially if you don't have a quick release like a cheap plastic climbing clip). But that doesn't mean you can't put it in (cargo) pocket -- or wear it. Maybe I'm just cheap and don't like stuff all over my handlebars. Then again, paying some hipsters weekly coffee bill by buying over priced single-use junk also bothers me. (Just sayin.)
Locks only keep the honest people honest! With that said any helmet system that does not hide the helmet completely will not keep you sena and or your GoPro or like items safe from theft!
All these fancy locks ain't gonna work in South East Asia. The thieves there come with razor sharp blades or scissors. And they'll just get the straps replaced at the hemet shop for cheap right after 😅

I guess that would be pretty effective as well. LOL, thanks for watching.
Looks like a good product, but doesn't work on quick release helmet straps like on my LS2.

I put Lidlox on my Road Glide and really like them. We will be at Sturgis 2021, staying at the Chip august 2-15.
Nice! 3 weeks away and we can’t wait! Ride safe. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
what do you do if both perch areas are already in use? phone holder & Cup holder? where ua an alternative to putting the lock?

Yeah man. That would stress me out. Thanks for watching. 🤙🏻
Put a small chain with a lock around part of it and around a fork. I did this with my memphis shades fairing!
Who wants to look at your face the whole time? Here for a locking mechanism.
Clown.
I’m just gonna use one of those gun locks you get with every handgun case.
Not a bad idea my man. Thanks for watching.

Someone taught that person to be a thief it’s been handed down from generation too generation things will never change I lost a helmet last night .
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about your helmet. That SUCKS!!! like me, i'm sure you felt violated. Thanks for watching.
Outta sight outta mind 🤙🏻
Always the best way to go.
Great video. Thanks for the info.
Glad it was helpful! Ride safe out there and thanks for watching.
Thanks for the recommendation, appreciate it. 🤙
My pleasure. I appreciate you watching.
Wanted to get the dual pack for mine/hers. Does it only come w/one key ? Are they keyed alike ? 2 keys/keyed alike would be awesome.
I'll be at Sturgis 2021 .. I will be based out of Spur Meadow campground.
NICE! How many days will you be there?
@@FullThrottleHOG I will arrive on Sunday and will be there for the week.
Thanks for the info! I'll check Lidlox out! 🤘👊
They work great man. I love them.
I use a plastic coated cable lock
My helmet has ratchet not D ring.
The set comes with attachments for your helmet too
We have those. Super good stufd
Yeah man. Very cost effective in my opinion.
I worry about someone trying to snatch my helmet and pulling over my road glide.

Yup, I agree. 🤙🏻

Instead of b-roll you should of showed how to lock in detail 🤔
Thanks for watching
Well, that sucks. People suck… I’m gonna miss Sturgis 2021, but maybe 2022…
Heading to Sturgis this summer.
Nice! For the rally? Or during off week?
@@FullThrottleHOG For the rally
Try actually showing the product
Way tomuch talking. Not enough product demo
It’s a 4 minute video. Stick to “Shorts” guy. 🤦🏼♂️
The subject I'm interested in. Frustratingly too much of a talking head, way too little of the useful device footage. A huge dislike.
I hit the like and subscribe button .then removed it. I was expecting a how to install. So 👎👎👎👎👎
Well, it’s not an airport…no need to announce your departure.
I didnt subscribe because I refuse to entertain beggars
Clown.
Why is it that sportsbikes do not have this problem? 100% false
