How the hell were we supposed to know that?? I've been a korn fan for almost 15 years and never got that! That shit is genius bro! No wait, my bad... THATS TUFF!!
This song is all about the music industry. Johnathan Davis (the lead singer) is the Freak, and the labels and the executives are always trying to put him on the Leash telling him n the band how to sound, how to make singles for the radio, the "sellout" shit. This is their official middle finger to all of them, letting everyone know that they will NEVER be controlled, never be leashed. We could go so much deeper into the meaning and translation behind every frame and verse in this video/song, but basically the bullet was fired by the industry, always trying to find it's way into and eventually destroying Korn. But once it finds them, they all look at it and see it for what it's worth, what it really is, then Johnathan Davis yells at it, "GO", telling them that they are not welcome here, Korn will not fall.
And would def not want a bullet that did that, super dangerous for innocent people lol. Hollowpoints are what you want in a self defense situation, meant to not go through the attacker but stay in.

Guys, upvote so Shaq gets to read these notes. Comment on the recommendations. Hey Coach, let me answer a few of your questions for you brother: 1-This video represents people "taking shots" at the band. If you notice all the holes with light pouring through in the live band shots, those are all the bullet holes from people taking shots at them. But when the bullet gets close to Jonathan Davis it doesn't touch him; he turns it around and sends it right back. This represents the band's philosophy on not letting things that are said touch them. Such as controversial content or them "not being true to metal" which is ridiculous. 2-Korn has become more and more progressive over the years, and is actually considered "Nu-Metal" or new age metal. The sound between this album, "Follow the Leader" from 1998, and their self titled album "Korn" from 1994 is NOTICEABLY different. "Korn" is closer to traditional hard rock/metal and contains some CLASSIC tracks (Blind, Faget, Shoots n Ladders etc) but the band has put out consistent "Bangers" no matter how much they adapt their sound. 3- The noises that Jonathan Davis makes is actually considered beatboxing. Although it's not the type of Beatboxing sound that we traditionally think of, using your mouth to create these sounds is beatboxing. I guess you could say this would be new metal beatboxing. Check out their song "Twist" to REALLY get an appreciation for Jonathan's beatboxing skills. 4- To follow the arc that you're on currently I'd recommend you react to: -Tool (Sober or Schism) -Linkin Park (In the End) -Disturbed (Down with the Sickness) -Limp Bizkit (Faith) -Papa Roach (Last Resort) Note: THESE ARE SOME MAINSTREAM HITS FROM THESE BANDS. It's really cool because the end of this video leads into the video Falling Away From Me on the next album. Korn is from Bakersfield, CA. Ozzy - facing hell!
I used to think Randy Rhoads was highly thought of because he died early and people put him on a pedestal because he was good for someone his age. Then I grew up and learned stuff.

Korn - Coming Undone
It's really cool because the end of this video leads into the video Falling Away From Me on the next album.
Korn is from Bakersfield, CA. They formed in 1992, put out their debut album in 1994 that launched the genre that would be dubbed "nu-metal." They're one of the most successful hard rock bands ever and one that definitely helped get me through difficult times in teens/20s in the mid 90s - mid 00s.
I know you'll never see this because you got an ass load (lol) of subscribers, but I appreciate that you jump out of your comfort zone and can enjoy good music regardless of the genre. As you would say, that's tough! :)
Keep being awesome, Shaq.
LED ZEPPELIN-STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
Best solo ever
That's not metal but I approve lol
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Shaq!!! Do Down with the sickness by Disturbed
Yessssss
I've been at him for a while about Disturbed I've sent him like 20 Disturbed songs
Why? Over played over rated song.. coming from a disturbed fan of what 20 years now... you metal folks forget he added metal for the bars.. AKA the lyrics..How about Remember... oh wait.. none of you people even know that song. You should listen to it.
@@mmddhh34 Dawg don't ever mention bars or metal rock in the same sentence again they are called lyrics
@@joshlanier8567 I made this comment on disturbed song.. you following me.. and you're names Dawg but a metal head... but I cat call lyrics bars.. you obviously havent known Shaq long.. get the fuck out of here with your negativity
I’ve got two songs you should really check out. Both are by Tech N9ne (1st) Tech N9ne - Straight Out The Gate Featuring Serj Tankian (System Of A Down) (2nd) Tech N9ne - Wither Featuring Corey Taylor (Slipknot) Best of both worlds, Rap & Rock together. Thanks!!!!!
RoRo206 best of both worlds is very accurate
Ryugo7 7 Absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’ve been requesting these for weeks now. Even hit up his Twitter. I hope he gets to them soon. They would make awesome reactions
Tech also has 1 with Johnathan Davis from Korn called starting to turn
Adam Keel that’s on The Storm Album. I’ll have to check that one out. Thanks!!!

He's not ready for that yet!
@@justinosborne5410 if he went through Master Of Puppets he can go through Painkiller by Judas Priest. I would suggest him listening to Battery by Metallica 😎
@@Untrue64 lmao yes sir 🤘
Shaq I love you man!! My roots are nu metal but at the same time I've been a massive fan of lyrical hip hop and I love how you venture into both scenes!! I could go deeper but fuck it, keep it up bro, over 1 mill now and I respect that! One love my guy..
Does Korn have any other bangers??? Lol yea ya they do... check out coming undone or get up ft. Skrillex or narcissistic cannibal
Get up with skrillex though bro that shit hits hard i personally guarantee it'll get added to whatever playlists you've got
Narcissistic cannibal is one of my favourite songs ever
I love Coming Undone!!
True korn fans know they shouldn't have done that whack ass skrillex crap. Heavy shit was better!
So if you want your doors blown off you need to do Jinjer-Pisces Live studio and Parkway Drive-Wishing Wells for some hardcore bars.
I second for Wishing Wells. Not sure if he’s ready for that intensity, but that message is definitely worth checking out ready or not.
Pantera-im broken
Jason Goodreau been thinking the same thing
My interpretation is that we are dodging bullets everday and the person or persons pulling the trigger have no idea what we are going through.
